Installation and Charging
Installation Instructions
Step 1
Drill holes with the help of the drilling template.

Step 2
Hammer the M4.0 expansion tube into the wall hole.
Step 3
Remove the template from the wall.
Step 4
Use the screwdriver to fix the M4.0 tapping screws to the backplane on the
wall. Step 5
Install the plug holder with 3 M5x40 screws in an appropriate place.
Step 6
Install the charger on the backplane on the wall.

Lock the anti-theft screw on the top of the charger and place the plug seat in
an appropriate place.
Step 8
Tear off the surface protective film of the charger.
Wire Connection Instructions
Through Power Distribution Box (Optional):
Drill holes with the help of the drilling template.
Through Joint:
Use the heat shrinkable waterproof joint to connect both ends.
- Be sure that L, N and PE ends should be corresponding respectively.
- Squeeze the joint with crimping pliers to ensure good contact.
Charging Instructions

Insert the charging input to the power supply.

Insert the charging plug to the charging port.

Start by swiping card.

EV is in normal charging state.

Finish by swiping card.

Remove the charger and put it back in place.
Warning:
Nurzviy EV charger is a continuous load device. The circuit must be rated for
125% of the maximum load
