Pairing
Bluetooth Pairing
- Take out the earbuds from the charging case, and they will automatically pair with the TWS and turn on.
- Turn on your bluetooth of your smart device. Choose the bluetooth which named ?Cloud Nest”. The earbuds will pair your smart phone successfully When you hear the prompt sound ·connected·.
Note: If there is a pairing record. You need to disconnect from the record device. Otherwise the earbuds will automatically connect the device you connected before.
Clear Bluetooth Pairing Record
Continuous click the left/right earbud’s “Touch Button” 8 times to clear the
Bluetooth pairing record.
Power ON/ OFF
- Power ON
- Put the earbuds in the charging case first then take out them from the charging case, they will be power on automatically.
- Power OFF
1. Put the earbuds on the charging case, the earbuds automatically shuts off.
2. If the earbuds are not being connected to other devices. Press and hold the louche Button· for 15 seconds to shut off the earbuds.
Note: The earbuds can’t be turned off when they’re connected to devices.
Calling
when you are receiving call. How to control with the ‘Touch Button”:
Reject Call
Press the left or right “Touch Button” for 2 seconds when call is coming.
Receiving / End Call
Click the left or right ·,ouch Button” once when call is coming. Double click
the left or right Touch Button· when need to end a call.
Play Music
- In the music playing state, double click the left or right ,ouch Button” to play music. Double click the left or right iouch Button” again when the music is playing to pause the music.
- In the music playing state, continuous click the left ,ouch Button” 3 times to play the previous song.
- In the music playing state, continuous click the right rough Button· 3 times to play the next song.
Volume Up/ Down
when playing music. Long press the Left/Right earbud’s Touch Button” 3
seconds and hold on to Lower/Raise the volume.
Voice Assistant
continuous click the Left/Right earbud’s ‘Touch Button· 5 times to activate
the Siri voice assistant. Click the Left/Right earbud’s ‘Touch Button· 5 times
again to exit the Siri voice assistant.

Note: When the charging case is fully charged. It can provide about a total of four charging times for the earbuds.
Warnings
- Support only 1OS system equipment and part of Android equipment.
- When the Battery is low, there will be an alarm sound of “Battery Low· .
- Has been connected to the device, the earbuds will be automatically connected again when it is power on.
- Low Battery Waring:
- When the earbud is in low battery. The earbud’s white light flashes once every 5 seconds until power off.
- Earbuds will automatically shut down when the low battery and the connection time (10 minutes) is exceeded.
- Charging Indicator:
- Earbud Charging: The earbud’s white light pulse 3 second per once and the charging case’s blue light solid, the indicators turn off after full charge.
- Charging case Charging: The charging case red light flashes for ls once, solid when full charge, turn off after pull out the cable.
Questions
- Q: When my headset can be connected to the mobile phone normally, but it cannot be connected to the computer or another mobile phone.
- A: Please turn off the bluetooth of the mobile phone that can be connected normally, and then take out the headset to connect with other devices. (Note: The headset has an automatic pairing function, it will automatically connect to the previously connected device, so the second device cannot be connected.)
- Q: Is this headset waterproof?
- A: The earphones have a nano-coating, which can be applied to daily waterproofing, such as sweat and rain. But it is not suitable for swimming.
