Step 1: Check the indicator lights
Click the power button once to check if your Power Pod is charged. If the
indicators light up, continue to step 3. If the last light begins flashing,
continue to step 2.
About Power Indicator Lights
Check power indicator lights to monitor power status
Checking remaining power:
Click the button. If one light is on, it means the PowerPod has less than 25% power remaining. Two lights are 50%, three lights is 75%, and four lights is 100%. When the last light begins flashing, the battery level is lass than 5% and will need to be recharged.
Step 2: Charge your Power Pod
Charge the Power Pod using the included Type C USB to USB charging cord The
indicator lights will flash in a row when the Power Pod is successfully
charging Once it is fully charged, all 4 lights will light up. Step 3: Apply the Magnetic Adhesive Ring
Skip to step 4 if you have a MagSafe® compatible device or a case with a
built-in magnetic ring.If you do NOT have a Magnetic MagSafe® case or phone,
this ring needs to be attached to the outside of your phone case. You can also
add it to the back of your phone, if you do not plan on using a case while
using your Power Pod. For best results, use the included Adhesive Ring
Placement Tool to correctly center the ring on your phone or case. See the
next page for details.
Step 3 (continued): How to position adhesive magnetic ring
- Use the wiper to clean the back of the phone
- Use the scale to identify the center position of the phone (that’s the charging area). Refer to Figure B.
- Attach the clear film to the center of the phone
- Remove the protective cover of the magnetic ring, and place the ring on the clear film
Fig. B: Center the Placement Tool so that the top & bottom edges of your device are aligned to the same number on the tool. The left & right edges of your device must be aligned to the same number as well (but do not have to match the top/bottom measurement).
Step 4: Place your Power Pod on the back of your device
If using the adhesive ring, simply place the face of the Power Pod on the ring
If using a built-in MagSafe® magnet, align Power Pod to the center of device.
The Power Pod should snap into place when the magnets align.
Step 5: Power on & begin charging
How to use your PowerPod
- Click the power button once to power on
- Click the power button twice to power off
Click the power button once to turn the Power Pod on. When the Power Pod detects an external device, the red light will change to green and begin charging. If the light is red, the Power Pod is not charging an external device, but it is powered on and ready to charge an external device.
Wireless Charging
Charge your phone wirelessly
Wired Charging: Charge your phone or device with caching cable.
Connect your Power Pod to your iPhone using a USB-C to Lightning charging cord.
Note: The Adhesive Magnetic Ring is not required for wired charging
Step 6 & 7: Stop charging, power off & recharge
Step 6: Stop charging & power off
Click the power button twice to power off the Power Pod When the Power pod
is powered off, it will not charge even when a device is still connected to
your Power Pod (wired or wirelessly).
Step 7: Recharge your Power Pod
Your Power Pod indicator lights will begin flashing when less than 5% of
the battery is remaining. Refer to step 2 to recharge your Power Pod.
Troubleshooting
If the PowerPod will not charge:
- Check the that charging cable is working & plugged into a wall power adapter.
If the Power Pod is not charging your device:
Confirm that your Power Pod is charged & powered on. Refer to Step 1&5.
If using an adhesive magnetic ring, and your Power Pod is not charging:
- Confirm your device is compatible with wireless charging (iPhone 8 and later)
- Confirm the Power Pod is charged & powered on. Refer to Step 1& 5.
- Confirm the adhesive ring is placed on the center of your device. Refer to Step 3 to properly place the adhesive ring
If your Magsafe@ compatible device is not magnetically snapping to Power Pod:
- Confirm that your phone case is also MagSafe@ compatible. If your case is not MagSafe® compatible, you will have to remove your case, or attach an adhesive magnetic ring to the back of your case (refer to step 3)

Notes & Warnings
- PowerPod can lose its battery function if they are not used for a long time. Charge the device at least every 3 months to maintain its functionality.
- This device may heat up during charging, which is normal as long as it is below 55°C
- Always keep this device dry and do not clean it with chemical agents
- Go green and recycle this device at designated electronic recycling drop-off centers
- Do not use it to charge devices with incompatible current and voltage, which could result in fire
- Do not crush, disassemble, impale or put this device in humid conditions
- Children must use it under the guidance of adults
