Miweba Sports MC400 Cross Trainer User Manual

Configuration

  1. Foot assembly: Please take out front and rear feet support 2&3 with screws 47 and washers 52 and 58, which are mounted on the main frame.
  2. The second assembly: take out the Upright tube 7, first connect the signal line of the tube and the signal line plug of the main frame, and then connect the tube and the main frame through the screw 48, the washers 52, 58
  3. In the second assembly, The outer shell 43 and the main frame plastic casing are mounted together, the middle shaft 15 is inserted into the tube, and then the swing arm 6 and the shaft 18 are installed, and screw 48 and washer 52 and 58 are locked at both ends. The pedal 30 is installed above crank 4 through 51, washer 53,55 nut 56.
  4. The fourth assembly The crank arm is fixed to the mainframe shaft by screws 48, washers 52, 58 and then the rubber cap 34 is fastened.
  5. The armrest 13 is mounted on the swing arm by screws 49, washers 52, 58, and nuts 23. The outer shell 31 is mounted on the moving arm by screws.
  6. In the fifth assembly take out handlebar 14 and install it on the tube through screw 49 and wash 52,58.
  7. In the sixth assembly take out the back cover of the console and install it together with the upright tube.
  8. The signal cable plug needs to be mounted together with the console set, The console 18 is installed together with the back cover of the console by screws.
  9. Buckle the plastic part 25 and lock it with screws to complete the installation.

Warranty
For first-hand buyers, high-quality Miweba products have a one-year warranty on potential defects in materials and processes. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered, so please be careful to store the sales voucher. Please note that there must be a sales document to process the warranty claim. warm-up

  1. Warm up before exercise and prepare your body for the exercise you want to perform. The first stage of warming up is to increase your heart rate and pump your blood to your body.
  2. Do a five to ten-minute activity to prepare for exercise with the muscles you want to use during exercise, then enter the static stretch phase.
  3. Each stretch lasts approximately 30 seconds. Do not injure while stretching, only comfort when stretching your muscles. If the muscles are tense or have old injuries, the affected muscles are concentrated and stretched during the warm-up process. Do not move suddenly when warming up.

Cold body

  1. Be cold after exercise. The cold body will gradually reduce the heart rate to a level of rest.
  2. To be cold, please do the low-intensity selected exercise. Then static stretching should be done, the same as static stretching during warm-up.

RESET
PRESS AND HOLD THE RESET BUTTON FOR 5 SECONDS TO RESET ALL PARAMETERS TO ZERO. DURING THE PARAMETER SETTING PROCESS, PRESS THE RESET BUTTON TO RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS PAGE.

UP+/-DOWN
WHEN SETTING TIME, DISTANCE, AND CALORIES, INCREASE OR DECREASE THE SET PARAMETER VALUE DURING OPERATION, AND PRESS THE UP+/-DOWN BUTTON TO INCREASE OR DECREASE THE RESISTANCE VALUE.

START/STOP
AFTER PRESSING THE START/STOP BUTTON IN THE STANDBY MODE OR AFTER SELECTING MODE, THE MACHINE SYSTEM STARTS RUNNING. WHILE THE MACHINE IS RUNNING, PRESS THE START/STOP BUTTON AND THE MACHINE ENTERS THE PAUSE STATE.

MODE
PRESS THIS BUTTON TO SELECT PROGRAM MODE IN TURN, (FIXED PROGRAM MODE) IS MANUAL (MANUAL MODE), P01-P10 (FIXED MODE), U01-U02 (USER-DEFINED MODE), H01-H03 (HEART RATE CONTROL MODE), CONSTANT WATTS (WATT CONTROL MODE).

BODY FAT
DURING THE HEART RATE DETECTION PROCESS, PRESS THIS BUTTON TO START THE BODY FAT FUNCTION. PRESS THE BUTTON AGAIN TO EXIT THIS MODE. DURING THE EXERCISE, THE USER CAN PRESS THE BODY FAT BUTTON AT ANY TIME. ONCE PRESSED, THE USER MUST HOLD THE HEART RATE SENSOR GRIP WITH BOTH HANDS. START THE FUNCTIONAL TEST.

MOTION STATUS DISPLAY

TIME
TIME DISPLAY COUNT RANGE: 0:00-99:59. RUN TIME COUNTDOWN MODE, AND SET THE MODE TIME VALUE COUNTDOWN TO ZERO.

DISTANCE
DISTANCE DISPLAY RANGE: 0.0-99.9. WHEN THE RUNNING DISTANCE IS RECIPROCAL THE MODE IS SET, AND THE SET MODE DISTANCE VALUE IS COUNTED DOWN TO ZERO.

CALORIE
CALORIE DISPLAY RANGE: 0.0~ 9999. WHEN THE CALORIE COUNTDOWN MODE IS RUN, THE SET MODE CALORIE COUNT IS COUNTED BACK TO ZERO.

SPEED
SPEED DISPLAY RANGE:0.0~99.9KPH。

LEVEL
THE MINIMUM RESISTANCE LEVEL IS 1. THE MAXIMUM RESISTANCE LEVEL IS 32.

PULSE
DISPLAY RANGE: 40~220. WHEN THE HEARTBEAT SIGNAL IS NOT DETECTED DURING EXERCISE, THE PULSE WINDOW DISPLAYS 0.

DISPLAY THE POWER VALUE DURING OPERATION

  1. START THE EXERCISE, PEDAL THE MACHINE PEDAL WITH BOTH FEET, AND PRESS START/STOP, TIME, SPEED, DISTANCE, AND CALORIE FUNCTION PARAMETERS TO COUNT FROM ZERO.
  2. IF THE USER WISHES TO SET THE DESIRED TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES VALUE, IT CAN BE SET BEFORE PRESSING START/STOP TO START THE MACHINE. SETTING PROCEDURE: PRESS MODE TO SELECT THE SETTING FUNCTION TO BE SET, AND THE

THE MACHINE SYSTEM HAS A SLEEP FUNCTION. WHEN THE SPEED-SENSING SIGNAL IS NOT SENSED IN ABOUT FOUR MINUTES, THE DISPLAY WILL GO TO SLEEP, AND PRESS ANY KEY OR PEDAL TO WAKE UP THE DISPLAY. OPERATION
