1. Phone Pairing Guide

(1) Phone pairing: Open the Bluetooth function menu on the phone, and select MS6439 for pairing and connecting. When successfully paired and connected, the blue lights of the left and right earphones are on for 1 second and then go out, accompanied by the “connected” prompt tone. When the phone is disconnected, the blue light of the primary earphone flashes, and the secondary earphone is without light, accompanied by a “disconnected” prompt tone.

(2) Back-connect mobile phone: If there is a mobile phone that can be connected back after the earphone is taken out from the case, the mobile phone will be automatically connected back. The blue lights of the primary and secondary earphones are on for 1 second and then go out without prompt tone.

(3) Over-distance back-connection: Connect back after the distance is exceeded, the primary earphone light flashes to start the pairing, and the blue light is on for 1 second after the back-connection. The disconnection is accompanied by a “disconnected” prompt tone, and the back-connection is accompanied by a “connected” prompt tone

Note: You have about 5 minutes to connect the earphone to your phone, otherwise the earphone will exit the pairing mode, the blue light of the primary earphone flashes, and the secondary earphone is without light. Then the earphone will turn off and enter the deep sleep state. Put the earphone back into the charging case, close the cover and open the charging case again, and take out the earphone and re-start pairing.

Wearing method: Hold the ear tip with one hand and lift it upwards, hold the earphone with the other hand and buckle it in at the middle and upper part of the ear, then move it down to the middle of the ear, and finally push it in and fix it to finish the wearing of the earphone.

Q1: How to solve the problem that one side has no sound or is not synchronous when both earphones are being used?****

A. Try putting the earphone back into the charging case, turn it off and remove the earphone again.
B. If the two earphones cannot be automatically connected after repeated removal, it is mostly because the left ear or right ear is used alone and other wrong operation leads to the disconnection of the two earphones.
Follow the steps below to reconnect the two earphones.
1. Put the earphone back into the charging case and turn it off.
2. Find and delete “MS6429” from the phone list.
3. Refer to the pairing guide to pair again.

Q2: How to solve the problem of earphone jamming and intermittent?****

A: Adjust the angle of wearing the earphone according to point 6 of the instruction manual or put the earphone back into the charging box and take it out again.

Q3: How to solve the problem of earphone touch failure?****

A: Water or oil stain on the surface of the touch area of the earphone may lead to poor touch control of the earphone. Try wiping off the earphone and cleaning finger surfaces before retrying.

Q4: What can I do if the earphone cannot connect and I want to reset the earphone?****

A: Clear the pairing information connected with the earphone on the device, and re-pair according to the Bluetooth pairing parts in point 3 and point 4 of the instruction manual.

Q5: Can the earphone be soaked in water or worn when swimming, bathing or being in heavy rain?****

A: The MS6439 is dust-proof and waterproof to the lPX6. Sweat from running or other physical exercises is OK, but it cannot be submerged.
