0N/OFF:

When you take the headset out of the charging box, the headset will automatically turn on. When you put the headset into the charging case, the headset will automatically shut down. When the headset is not connected, press and hold the touch area for 5 seconds to shut down. When the earphone is not connected, it will automatically shut down after 5 minutes.

Mobile phone pairing guide:

(1)Take out the two earphones from the charging box, the two headsets are automatically turned on and interconnected.

Note: (1) You have about 3 minutes to connect the headset to your mobile phone, otherwise the headset will exit the pairing mode. Put the headset back in the charging box and pick it up again to re-enter the pairing mode.

(2) Open the Bluetooth function menu on the mobile phone, and select A2, pairing, and connection. When successfully paired and connected, the left or right ear will hear “connected”.

Note: Only the right earphone will connect to your phone. The left earphone will connect to the right earphone

Pairing guide for left and right headset:

a. Put the two headsets back into the charging box, and then take them out at the same time. (Ensure that the headset is not connected to the mobile phone or other devices at this time, turn off the Bluetooth of nearby mobile phones or other devices)
b.Take the headset out of the charging box, and both headsets will automatically turn on, accompanied by the prompt sound “power on”.
c. The left and right headsets are automatically paired without any operation.
d. If you do not hear the “TWS connected” tones please repeat the above steps.
e. If there is no sound when the left and right ears are connected, put the left and right headsets back into the charging box and take them out. After the two headsets are connected, they will automatically connect back to the phone.

Use the left headset alone:

Take out the left headset from the charge box and automatically enter the search mode after it prompts “power on”, open the Bluetooth function menu on the mobile phone to search for the device, select “A2” and click the pairing connection. When the left headset hears the “connected” prompt, the connection is successful.

Use the right headset alone:

Take out the left headset from the charge box and automatically enter the search mode after it prompts “power on”, open the Bluetooth function menu on the mobile phone to search for the device, select “A2” and click the pairing connection. When the left headset hears the “connected” prompt, the connection is successful

The earphone cannot be automatically connected back, and there is no

sound in one headset:

(1) Put the left and right headset back into the charging box, find and delete “A2” in the Bluetooth list of the mobile phone. (2) Refer to the “Left and Right Ear Pairing Guide” to pair the left and right headset again. (3) Refer to the “Mobile phone pairing guide” to repair and connect the phone and headset.

The correct way of wearing it:

Put the headset with ear tips into the ear canal. Turn gently until it fits comfortably without falling. The wrong way of wearing will affect the signal of the headset and the call of the microphone.

Music:

Use your music player to play music, you can use any headset to control it.

  • Wake up the voice assistant:
  • Touch the right earphone (main ear) three times Touch once to pause the music.
  • Touch again to resume playback. Touch the left headset twice to play the previous song.
  • Touch the right headset twice to play the next song.
  • Long touch the right headset to increase the volume.
  • Long touch the left headset to reduce the volume.

Phone call:

When making and receiving calls, the left and right headset operations are effective.

Incoming call answering : Touch once on the multi-function touch control area. (Effective operation for left and right headset) Reject a call: Touch and hold the multi-function touch control area for 3 seconds (Effective operation for left and right headset) End a call: During a call, touch the multi-function touch control area. (Effective operation for left and right headset)

Charge the headset:

Put the headset into the charging case. When charging, the white light of the headset breathes and flashes, and the headsets start to charge. The light turns off when the headset is fully charged.

Charge the charging case:

Plug the charging cable into the charge port to charge the charging box and headset. When charging, the charging box indicator will light up.

 LED indicator of the charging box:

The LED digital battery life indicator shows the exact numbers of the balance battery left in the charging case, which helps the recharge your product before completely out of power.

Low battery warning

The headset can let you know that the battery level is low. When the battery can only last for 2 minutes, you will hear the “Battery low” beep every 30 seconds or so.

Attention: Any attempt to remove or replace the battery will damage the product and void the product warranty

The charging box can provide charging times for the headset: 2 times. Charging time of the charging box: about 1.5 hours

Use safety instructions:

To avoid hearing damage, keep the volume at a moderate level. Avoid listening to music at a high volume for a long time, as this may cause permanent damage to your hearing or deafness. Please do not use A2 when driving, riding a bicycle, crossing the road, etc. where your concentration is required.
Note: If you use the headset while watching a video, the audio and video may be slightly out of sync.

After charging is complete, please unplug the charging cable from the body to avoid leaving the product in a charging state for a long time. Do not use a charger that exceeds the rated voltage and current of the headset (5V/1A) to charge the headset. If the output voltage and current of the charger exceed the specific standards, this will cause serious damage to the product and the product warranty will be invalidated at the same time.
