Description of intelligent temperature control and lighting duration
LED is a kind of heating element, which is sensitive to temperature, especially in the environment of high power and high brightness, it is easy to damage or shorten the service life of LED due to excessive temperature. Our company uses an intelligent temperature control design, which detects the temperature in the LED wick. Because the structure of the lamp is different, the thermal conductivity of the entire lamp is also different. Generally, the temperature on the surface of the lamp is constant between 50 and 60 degrees. When the temperature is higher than the set temperature, the power will be automatically reduced to achieve the purpose of cooling down. At this time, the brightness of the lamp will also decrease; and after the temperature drops (when the battery is fully charged), the power will slowly increase. The brightness has also been improved; the process of increasing the brightness is relatively soft and does not produce a flickering feeling. Such a temperature control cycle effectively ensures safe use and prolongs the life of the lamp.
In good air cooling conditions (low temperature or windy environment), the brightness of the light will not drop even in high brightness mode.
There is no pre-start time for temperature control. Under real-time temperature monitoring, the temperature of the spotlight body will affect the speed of battery discharge, and also affect the actual lighting duration and brightness data.
Smart Relay Description
The smart relay is actually an “automatic switch” that uses a small current to control the operation of a large current. It plays the role of automatic adjustment, safety protection, conversion circuit and so on in the circuit.
On the basis of this principle, our company designed a smart relay suitable for spotlights, which not only effectively improves the performance of motorcycle auxiliary spotlights, but also plays a good role in protecting auxiliary spotlights and motorcycle batteries.
Maintenance instructions
- Regularly clean the dust and debris on the lens and lamp body to ensure maximum brightness. If possible, use a soft cloth or eyeglass cleaner to avoid scratching the glass surface.
- Please keep the cable interface and the lamp body away from water, dust, sand and debris.
Warn
- This product is not a toy, please keep it away from children.
- Please do not shine the headlights directly into the eyes of people or animals, strong light may cause permanent damage to the eyes.
- When meeting cars, the lights should be adjusted to the low beam mode, so as not to cause interference to the other party’s driving vehicles.
- During the use of the lamp or after it is used up, the lens and lamp body of the car lamp will become hot, please do not touch it directly with your hands within 30 minutes.
- When the lamp is on, please adjust the light to a reasonable position, and do not directly illuminate the other vehicle to avoid safety accidents.
- Do not disassemble this product by yourself, so as not to cause damage to the lamp cup or lamp beads and decrease the waterproof level.
- Keep the appearance of the lamp body clean to facilitate the heat dissipation of the lamp body.
- Please be sure to use this product within the voltage range. Excessive voltage may cause damage to the product.
- Electric motorcycles using this product must be connected to a 12V (above 10A) voltage converter.

KD100 Spotlight Instruction Manual
Emergency Start On/Off Instructions for Use
Spotlight emergency start ON/OFF is hidden behind the lamp body, as shown in the figure below, to use, just unscrew the protective cap; unscrewing the protective cap may cause the waterproof level to drop, please do not unscrew the protective cap unnecessarily.
The spotlight emergency start on/off is only for emergency use when the
wireless remote control is not available.
Remote Control Installation Instructions
The wireless remote control is designed for convenient installation and can be
directly installed on the bracket base of the rearview mirror. Install the
wireless remote control bracket base, adjust the position of the bracket and
tighten the screws, as shown in Figure “1” and “2” below; install the wireless
remote control with the bracket base installed on the bracket base of the
rearview mirror, as shown in Figure “3” below; finally put the rear Tighten
the screws on the base of the mirror bracket, as shown in Figure “4” below.
Instructions for spotlights, dual ACC mode smart controllers and power connections
- The working input voltage of the spotlight: 12V-15V, make sure that the spotlight works within the range of the input voltage:
- Pay special attention, the connecting wires on the spotlight and the relay control box are red for “+” positive pole, black for “-” negative pole, and white for ACC wire. (The white ACC is connected to the positive line after the lock on the car). If the connection is wrong, the spotlight will not work properly,
- The waterproof plugs of the two lamp bodies are plugged in with the corresponding waterproof plugs of the wire group. Remember to tighten the waterproof cap after plugging in; ACC mode 1: The white ACC line is not connected, the red line is connected to the positive pole of the battery, and the black line is connected to the negative pole of the battery. After the vehicle is started, the voltage is greater than 13.5 and starts to work; When the vehicle is off, it will stop working if it is less than 13V, and it will be protected against overvoltage at 17V; ACC mode 2: The white ACC line is connected to the positive pole after the car is locked, the red line is connected to the positive pole of the battery, the black line is connected to the negative pole of the battery, and the working start voltage is 11V; this mode is suitable for vehicles with unstable voltage and lithium battery, and modified battery cars; (Note: If this mode is used for fuel motorcycles, if the engine does not start and lights up, the battery will be over-discharged and the vehicle cannot be started).

Note 2 : To use this product on electric motorcycles, a 12V~17v (above 10A) voltage converter must be connected.
Spotlight Installation Instructions
- When installing, screw anti-skid glue must be applied on the screw to prevent the screw from loosening and causing the lamp to fall;
- The best installation height is 60cm from the ground.
The spotlight lamp body is installed on the fixed column:
Tighten the screws of the light body and the bracket mounting clip (upper).
Fix the bracket mounting clip with the anti-slip pad on the selected position
Finally, tighten the connecting screws.
