Flexineb C2 Firmware Update Instructions
The Flexineb C2 is a device that requires occasional firmware updates to ensure optimal performance. Follow the instructions below to update the firmware.
- Step 1: Connect the supplied USB cable to the C2 controller and a Windows PC or Laptop as shown.
- Step 2: Go to the Flexineb website, click on the Support tab, and select Firmware Update.
- Step 3: On the Firmware Update page, click on Download (Windows) to download the firmware update file.
- Step 4: Once the file is downloaded, locate it in the bottom left corner of your PC and click on the arrow next to it. Then, select Open.
- Step 5: The program will search for your C2 unit. Once found, click on Update to start the firmware update process.
- Step 6: Wait for the device updated successfully message to appear. Click OK and then Exit to complete the update.
- Step 7: Finally, unplug the USB cable from the C2 controller to complete the update process.
Please note that firmware updates are necessary to enhance the functionality and reliability of your Flexineb C2 device. It is recommended to regularly check for updates on the Flexineb website and perform the firmware update as needed.
Installation Instruction
Step 1:

Go to www.flexineb.com website, click on Support
tab – Firmware Update Or click this link https://flexineb.com/pages/firmware-
update
Step 3:
Click on Download (Windows).
Step 4:
An executable file will download to the bottom left corner of your PC.
Step 5:
Click on the ʌ arrow and then Open.
Step 6:
Step 7:
The program will search for your C2 unit before proceeding to the Update
function. Click on Update.
Step 8:
Device updated successfully message appears. Click OK and then Exit to
complete the update.
Unplug the USB cable to complete the update process.
