NovoStage is a wireless collaboration solution that allows users to connect their devices and share files and content during meetings. It offers advanced features like file sharing and supports various methods of connection, including NovoConnect App/Software, AirPlay, LauncherPlus, and Web portal.

Product Usage Instructions
How to Download NovoStage:
- Go to www.novoconnect.eu
- Go to Products > Wireless Collaboration > NovoStage > Download
- On your PC, open File Explorer > Download > NovoStageSetup….exe
- Follow the instructions on your screen to successfully install NovoStage
How to Register Your License Key:
- Click on “Activate my License”
- Enter your License key
How to Connect Your Devices to NovoStage:
Scenario 1: With NovoConnect App/Software
- Download and install NovoConnect software for your devices (Refer to NovoConnect Software Installation) or download NovoConnect App from Play Store/App store
- Connect to the same Wi-Fi network as NovoStage
- Launch NovoConnect and enter your Meeting ID, IP address, or Room Name
- Enter Pin (only if pin lock is enabled)
Scenario 2: Connect with AirPlay
- Connect your Apple device to the same Wi-Fi network as NovoStage
- Go to Control Center > select Screen Mirroring
- Select the Room Name of NovoStage
- Enter the Pin code (only if the AirPlay code is enabled)
Scenario 3: Connect with LauncherPlus
The LauncherPlus is suited for guests who want to join a meeting on NovoStage.
- Plug LauncherPlus into the guest laptop (Windows OS/macOS)
- Guest’s laptop needs to be connected to the guest’s Wi-Fi network
- Browse the LauncherPlus USB storage > double click Launch Novo.exe (only for first-time setup)
- Press the center button to connect to NovoStage
Scenario 4: With Web portal
- Go to www.launchnovo.com
- Select your device OS and download the portal version
- On NovoConnect software, enter the Meeting ID, Room Name, or IP Address to connect

How to Download
- Step 1 Go to www.novoconnect.eu
- Step 2 Go to Products > Wireless Collaboration > NovoStage > Download
- Step 3 On your PC, open File Explorer > Download > NovoStageSetup….exe > Allows changes
- Step 4 Follow the instructions on your screen to successfully install NovoStage.

Method to connect with LauncherPlus
- Step 1 Plug LauncherPlus into the guest device
- Step 2 Browse the LauncherPlus USB storage > double click Launch Novo.exe (only for the first time set up)
- Step 3 Click the options menu ( ) and select Configure LauncherPlus
- Step 4 Select Edit in the LauncherPlus settings menu
- Step 5 A list of Wi-Fi connections will appear. Select the SSID of the access point to which your NovoStage is connected from the list. A prompt will appear asking for the Wi-Fi password. Enter the Wi-Fi password.
- Step 6 Enter the IP address corresponding to NovoStage and press apply
How to register your license key
Step 1 Click Activate my License

How to connect your devices to NovoStage
Scenario 1: With NovoConnect App/ Software
Users can download the NovoConnect app to connect to NovoStage and use
advanced features like file sharing.
- Step 1 Download and install NovoConnect software for your devices (Refer to NovoConnect Software Installation ) or download NovoConnect App from Play Store/App store
- Step 2 Connect to the same Wi-Fi network as NovoStage
- Step 3 Launch NovoConnect and enter the Meeting ID, IP address Room Name
- Step 4 Enter Pin ( only if pin lock is enabled)
Scenario 2: Connect with AirPlay
Apple users can use native mirroring and connect to NovoStage via Airplay.
- Step 1 Connect your Apple device to the same Wi-Fi network as NovoStage
- Step 2 Go to Control Center > select Screen Mirroring
- Step 3 Select the Room Name of NovoStage
- Step 4 Enter Pin code (only if AirPlay code is enabled)
