Keyboard Features
The keyboard has both a top view and a rearview. The illustrations provided are for reference only and the actual product specifications may vary.

Key Combinations
On-the-fly Macro Recording:

  1. Step 1: Press Fn + Left-ALT to start recording
  2. Step 2: Enter the keys to be recorded as a macro
  3. Step 3: Press Fn + Left-ALT to end the recording
  4. Step 4: Assign Macro Key Profile Switch by pressing Fn + 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6* (6 is the default)

Light Effect Switch

  • Fn + Right: Switch to the next light effect
  • Fn + Left: Switch to the previous light effect

Brightness Level

  • Fn + Up: Increase brightness
  • Fn + Down: Decrease brightness

Factory Default
Press Fn + Esc and hold these two buttons until the LEDs blink green to restore the keyboard to factory default settings.

Windows Lock
Press Fn + Windows key to lock the Windows key.

F-Switch
Press Fn + INS to toggle between function keys and F1-F12 (default).

Function Keys
The keyboard has several function keys:

  • F1: Win + G – Open the Game Bar

  • F2: Win + Alt + PrintScreen – Take a screenshot of your
    game

  • F3: Win + Alt + G – Record the last 30 seconds

  • F4: Win + Alt + R – Start or stop recording

  • F5: Win + Alt + M – Start or stop microphone recording

  • F6: Play/Pause

  • F7: Previous track

  • F8: Next track

  • F9: Mute

  • F10: Volume down

  • F11: Volume up

  • F12: Stealth key

Multiwheel and Switch Function Button
Press the Switch function button to rotate between modes. Use the Multiwheel to adjust the settings for each function.

Modes:

  • Media Control
  • Media Content
  • Brightness Adjustment
  • Customization (Reassignment in Armoury Crate)

Each mode has different settings that can be adjusted using the Multiwheel.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the keyboard using the Type-C connection.
  2. Install Armoury Crate software from https://rog.asus.com for additional customization options.
  3. Use the key combinations to perform various functions, such as macro recording, light effect switching, brightness adjustment, factory default restoration, Windows lock, and F-switch toggling.
  4. Utilize the function keys for specific actions, including game bar opening, screenshot capturing, recording, playback control, volume adjustment, and more.
  5. Press the Switch function button to switch between different modes and use the Multiwheel to adjust settings accordingly.

Getting started

  1. Connect your keyboard to a PC with the bundled Type-C® cable.
  2. Download and install the Armoury Crate software from https://rog.asus.com.
  3. Follow the software instructions to update your keyboard’s firmware.
  4. Customize your keyboard using Armoury Crate.

Key combinations

On-the-fly Macro Recording

Step 1: Fn + Left-ALT to start recording

Swapping the Spacebar
