OEM+ HID Headlight
Thank you for making the investment in the only true OEM+ vehicle specific
cell phone mounting solution for the Cherokee. Available for all model years
and trims, this will give you a mounting spot to position your phone out of
the way for maximum road viewing ability as well as give you the OEM+ look you
expect from MFC Offroad.
Tools required for installation:
Phillips head screwdriver
Flat head screwdriver
Plastic trim removal tool
Step 1: Start by prying the HVAC control panel away from the dash. It is
extremely simple, and can be done by hand, with a plastic pry tool or flat
head screw driver. You only need to pry on the right side. Once pryed away, it
can seperate 100%.
Step 2: You can now align the mount as seen to the right. You will use the
included screws to mount it in the hidden spots behind trim and body panels as
to secure it to the dash and have all mount points 100% concealed. if you are
against using the screws, no worry. Use only adhesive backed 3M VHB tape, at
the same locations the screws would be used, and you will have a secured mount
as specified.
Step 3: Now in reverse order, reinstall the HVAC control panel. It will look
exactly as OEM+ as expected.
The best solution for a cell phone specific mount would be a charging
magnetic mount, with the magnetic plate attached to the backside of your phone
or phone case. This reduces all wires from final product and phone
mount/charge experience.
