Product Information

The Compact IP intercom with HD camera is a stylish and high-quality audio and video intercom system. It is suitable for small offices, family houses, home automation, schools, state administration public buildings, logistics and transport campuses.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation:

• Choose a suitable location for the intercom system near the entrance.
• Ensure that there is a LAN/WAN connection available for the intercom.
• Mount the intercom on the surface using the provided mounting brackets and screws.

Connecting Additional Equipment:

• If you want to connect an electric lock or other equipment, use the ready inputs and outputs on the intercom.
• Refer to the user manual for the specific wiring instructions.

RFID Card Reader (Optional):

• If you want to add an RFID card reader to the intercom, you can extend the base model with a 125 kHz or 13.56 MHz RFID card reader module.
• Connect the RFID card reader module to the intercom using the provided connector for expansion module.

Usage:

• Press the button(s) on the intercom to initiate communication with the connected devices.
• Use the numeric keypad for dialing or inputting codes, if applicable.
• Speak clearly into the built-in microphone for audio communication.
• Listen to the audio from the intercom through the integrated speaker.
• View the video feed from the HD camera on a compatible device or IP phone.
• In case of unauthorized device intrusions, the tamper switch will trigger an alert.

Software:

• The intercom uses SIP 2.0 (RFC – 3261) signaling protocol for communication.
• Refer to the user manual for any software-related instructions or updates.

Very easy to install
The mechanical and software installation of the 2N® IP Base intercom is very fast and intuitive. You will save not only time, but also installation costs.
