1. Before returning the transmission core, ensure that it is empty of any fluids.
2. We DO NOT ship transmissions with fluids, so you will need to add fluid to the transmission.
3. We recommend using AGL (Automatic Transmission Fluid).

Transmission Core Return Instructions

• Please REMOVE the fill plug, Turf Actuator, Shift sensor, Speed sensor, C- clip behind the clutch (see photo), and shift lever before packaging your core.

• LEAVE shift lever nut (see photo) attached to core.

• Use the Shipping Label we provide for you.

• Once you receive your remanufactured transmission, add the above parts and add fluid. We DO NOT ship transmissions with fluids. We recommend using AGL.

CORE RETURN POLICY DISCLAIMER

• Your remanufactured transmission will be shipped to the address you have provided. __(initial)
• We must have the core returned to Reaves Offroad Powersports & Accessories (27058 83rd Pl, Branford, Fl 32008) before we schedule the shipping company to pick up the remanufactured transmission. ___(initial)
• We will provide you with a UPS Shipping Label for your Core sent to the email address you provide to us. This is $120.00 charge you pay for. ___(initial)
• It is your (as the customer) responsibility to return the core, regardless if the transmission core is lost or there is a delay in shipping from the shipping company. We suggest protecting it with insurance no less than $1,000, just as we insure the remanufactured transmission (at our cost) we are shipping to you. ___ (initial)
• Shipping the core only through UPS. The core must be packaged up to UPS standards, including box size and packaging materials. ___ (initial)
• Because we take Cores in any condition, please let us know of any issues. Reaves Offroad will notify the customer if there is damage not previously stated. The label we send you makes us responsible for shipping claims. ____ (initial)
