Product Usage Instructions
Follow these step-by-step instructions to properly assemble and use the Multifunctional Dip Station:
- Step 1: Using screws (e&g), connect the pedestals (4) and the main brackets (1) with the arc metal plates (b).
- Step 2: Use the pedestal connecting pole (6) and the arc metal plates (b) to connect the left and right pedestals (4), then stabilize them with 4 Pc 10*75 screws (g).
- Step 3: Use the main connecting pole (7) and the connecting metal plates (a) to connect the two main brackets, then stabilize them with 4 Pc 10*45 screws (f).
- Step 4: Assemble the backrest pad (8) on the backrest pole (3), then stabilize them with 4 Pc 616 inner hexangular screws (I). Assemble the backrest pole (3) on the main brackets (1) and stabilize them with 2 Pc 816 screws (j).
- Step 5: Assemble the elbow pads (9) on the two main brackets (1), stabilize them with 8 Pc 6*16 inner hexangular screws (i).
- Step 6: Assemble the parallel bar handles (10) on the two main brackets (1), stabilize them with 4 Pc 8*35 inner hexangular screws (k).
- Step 7: Assemble the horizontal bar (5) on the adjustable poles (2), stabilize them with 8*80 screws (h). Insert the adjustable poles (2) into the main brackets (1), adjust to suitable height using club screws (c) and club nubs (d), and stabilize them.
Note: It is important to not fully tighten the screws initially to allow for adjustments and proper alignment. Once all parts are correctly assembled, tighten all screws securely.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
- Step 1 Use screws (e&g) to connect the pedestals (4) and the main brackets (1) with the arc metal plates (b).

- Step 5 Assemble the elbow pads(9) on the two main brackets (1), stabilize them with 8Pc 6*16 inner hexangular screws (i).
- Step 6 Assemble the parallel bar handles (10) on the two main brackets (1), stabilize them with 4Pc 8*35 inner hexangular screws (k).
- Step 7
1. Assemble the horizontal bar (5) on the adjustive poles (2), stabilize them with 8*80 screws (h).
2. Insert the adjustive poles (2) into the main brackets(1), adjust to suitable height using club screws (c) and club nubs (d) and stabilize them.
