DiOBELL-B12 Connected Doorbell
Product Information
The DiOBELL-B12 is a wireless doorbell system that operates on a frequency of 433MHz. It is designed to be installed in homes or offices and is compatible with a power supply ranging from AC110V to AC240V. The doorbell is capable of producing sound levels between 25dB and 85 dB.
Product Usage Instructions
- Unpack the contents of the package.
- Locate the DiOBELL-B12 doorbell unit.
- Choose a suitable location to install the doorbell unit near your front door or entrance.
- Ensure that the power supply in your home or office is within the range of AC110V to AC240V.
- Connect the doorbell unit to the power supply using the provided power cable.
- Adjust the volume level of the doorbell by pressing the “+” button to increase the sound level or the “-” button to decrease it.
- Test the doorbell by pressing the button on the doorbell unit. You should hear a sound indicating that the doorbell is functioning properly.
- If necessary, refer to the user manual for additional troubleshooting or customization options.

Installation of the outdoor unit battery
- Remove the waterproof cover to access the battery compartment.
- Remove the insulating tab.
- Close the compartment.
Tip : For the first use, charge the device between 4 and 8 hours using the supplied 5V/2A USB cable.
Indoor unit
Plug the chime into a suitable socket with a power rating of 110-240V
Using the product
After plugging the indoor unit into your wall socket, there are only a few steps left to get your brand new chime up and running.
- Press and hold the button for about 3 seconds, the chime will sound (see diagram in point 2. Product description).
- Press the bell twice within 30 seconds. The chime will ring to let you know that the pairing is successful.
- Choose the volume and melody by pressing the respective buttons (see diagram in point 2. Product description). When you have chosen the ideal melody and volume, confirm by pressing the push-button on the doorbell.
Note: If the chime does not ring, press the doorbell again until the pairing is successful. To pair multiple bells, please repeat the above procedure.
Configuring the doorbell
A. Adding the doorbell in the app
- Step 1 Connect your smartphone to the WiFi network
- step 2 Download the DiO One app from the Apple Store or the Android Play Store, depending on your device.
- step 3 Open the DiO One app and register when you use it for the first time
- Step 4 Follow the steps described in the app to add your doorbell.
Wall installation of the outdoor unit
- Method 1: Push hard for 30s to fix the adhesive
- Method 2: Fix the back plate of the doorbell to your wall with the screws, then add the other part to the plate, which you close with the screw on the bottom of the doorbell.
Note : Install the outdoor doorbell at a height of 1.15m – 1.4m to get the best pictures.
Reset
Resetting the chime
- Press and hold the button for approximately 10 seconds until the door chime sounds twice. All pairing codes will be deleted completely.
Resetting the doorbell
- Press the Reset button on the back of the product. See diagram in point 2. Product description.

Troubleshooting

I have interference when I talk to the person ringing my doorbell, what should I do?
When you are too close to your doorbell, you may experience interference. The best thing to do is to move away to a distance of at least 5m. -
My doorbell does not work properly or does not connect to my phone
Please reset your doorbell. Please follow the procedure in point 6 of the manual. -
What if the pairing failed?
Please reset the doorbell or turn it off, then try to add it again. The doorbell only supports 2.4GHZ WIFI routers, please make sure you are using a 2.4GHZ WIFI router and a correct wifi password. -
How to change the network of the doorbell to another router?
Remove the device from the APP and configure it again. Please follow the procedure in point 2 in the manual. -
Why can’t I receive the message notification via the APP on my smartphone?
Please check that the reminder function has been activated in the application and that the permission in your phone settings has been approved.
Safety advice
- Do not mix new and used batteries.
- Please use only the type of batteries indicated in the manual.
- Do not leave used batteries lying around in the unit, as this may damage the unit.
- The indoor unit is not waterproof.
- Do not expose it to rain or immerse it in water.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product yourself.
- Please keep these instructions carefully.
- Incorrect use of the battery may damage nearby objects and risk fire or serious Injury.
- Please keep batteries away from children.
- Recycle used batteries in accordance with environmental protection practices
Warning
- The AC adapter must be connected inside the house and in a dry room only.
- Do not install near heat sources.
- Keep the AC adapter accessible so that it can be easily disconnected if necessary.
- If you need to clean the product, use a soft cloth.
Tip:
- Any material between the product and your Wi-Fi router reduces the operating distance (mainly: reinforced concrete wall, concrete wall, metal surfaces). Take this into account when determining the positioning of your camera.
- Prefer an installation sheltered from the camera, and at a height greater than 2.5m to limit accessibility.
