Ruko U11PRO First Drone with Camera for Adults
Product Information
The product is a drone called RUKO U11 Pro. It is designed for users aged 14 and above. The drone comes with a Quick Start Guide version 4.0. For technical support, users can contact the company at the following numbers and email:

Product Usage Instructions
- Download the Ruko Fly App on your mobile device.
- Charge the drone’s batteries using a charger with 5V/3A.
- Unfold the 4 arms of the aircraft.
- Unfold the remote controller and place your phone on the holder.
- Select an open flying area with a minimum height of 65ft.
- Remove the sponge sheet from the drone and install the battery. Press and hold the power button until the aircraft plays a startup sound. Long press the power switch for 3 seconds until the 4 indicator lights flash and then become steady.
- Connect your mobile device to the aircraft’s Wi-Fi network. Refer to the User Manual for more details.
- Open the Ruko Fly App and tap on the Control icon. Search for GPS automatically by tapping on the GPS3 button (the green light should be always on).
- To start the motors, push both joysticks to the 5 & 7 o’clock position for about 2 seconds.
- To take off, push up the left joystick. Make sure the drone is on level ground.
- To land, push down the left joystick.
For more detailed instructions, users can refer to the Flight Guide in the App or search for “Ruko U11 Pro First Flight” on YouTube. QR codes are also provided for additional technical and video support.
Common Problems and Solutions
Here are some common problems and their solutions:
- Short battery life: Charge and discharge the battery three times or more using a charger with 5V/3A.
- Flying in cold weather: In low temperatures, the lithium battery’s energy release is slowed down. Fly in warmer conditions.
- Flying in windy weather: Windy weather accelerates power loss. Avoid flying in strong winds.
- Video and photo pixels not 4K: Set the memory card to record in 4K@15fts in the SD card settings of the App.
- Dim light when shooting: Find the best light angle for shooting to improve the shooting effect.
- Your phone doesn’t support dual-band Wi-Fi: Use a phone that supports dual-band Wi-Fi to connect to the drone.
- Wi-Fi connection issues: Some phones with high-security systems may treat the drone’s Wi-Fi as unsafe. Wait for a few seconds after connecting and make sure your phone treats it as a safe Wi-Fi network. If Wi-Fi still can’t be found, try refreshing the page.
- GPS signal cannot be searched: If the drone is indoors or there is signal interference from tall buildings or trees, GPS signal may be weak or unavailable. It is recommended to fly the drone outdoors in an open area.
- Pictures and videos cannot be saved in SD
card: Check if the SD card is full. If so, delete some contents. Also, make sure the SD card is formatted with FAT32 as the file system and has a memory capacity of 32GB or less with a speed rating of over Class 10.

Automatically Pair the Remote Controller with the Aircraft
- Remove the sponge sheet, then install the battery.
- Press and hold the button until the Aircraft plays startup sound.
- Long Press power switch for 3 seconds until the 4 indicator light flash
Once successfully paired, 4 indicator light flashing change to indicator light is always on.
Connect to Wi-Fi
- Connect the mobile device to the Aircraft’s Wi-Fi and enter the App operation page. Please refer to User Manual for more details.
Search for GPS Automatically
Tips:
- The searching time depends on the flight environment.
- If unsuccessful, the motors can’t be started.
- Once the GPS 3 the green light of the drone is always on.
Start the Motors
- Push joysticks to 5 & 7 o’clock position.
( About 2 seconds )
Take off
- Push up the left joysticks.
Landing
- Push down the left joysticks

Common Problems and Solutions

Short battery life
| The drone was not be charged when you received it| Please use a charger with 5V/3A to charge and discharg it three times or more
Flying in cold weather
| In low temperatures, the chemical reaction of the lithium battery is slowed
down and the energy cannot be fully released

Video and photo pixels are not 4K
| The memory card setting is not set to 4K| In the upper right corner of the
APP, enter the SD card and set it to 4K@15fts.
Dim light when shooting| Find the best light angle when shooting, and the
shooting effect will be better.
Wi-Fi can’t be found or connected
| Your phone doesn’t support
dual-band Wi-Fi
| Change to another phone which supports
dual-band Wi-Fi
Your phone has a high-security system and treats it as unsafe Wi-Fi, refuse to connect| For android phones, please wait for seconds after connecting with the drone’ s Wi-Fi,if there is any, make sure your phone treats it
as safe Wi-Fi to connect it.
Wi-Fi still can’t find after turn on the power| The Wi-Fi connect speed depends on reaction speed of the phone, please try to
refresh the page
GPS signal can not be searched
| The drone flies indoors
(not recommended)
| Recommend to fly the drone outdoors
There is signal interference around, such as tall buildings
and trees
| Go to the another open-air area to fly the drone
Pictures and videos can not be saved in SD card
| The card memory is full| Delete the contents of the SD card
Use other formats and unsuitable SD card
| Format the memory card and select FAT32
as the file system at the same time
Choose the SD card memory is 32G or less,
and the speed is over Class 10
The drone cannot return to home or drift
