Gas Cooktop Quick Start Guide
Product Information
The gas cooktop is designed for cooking purposes and comes with various
burners for different cooking needs. It is important to follow the safety
instructions provided in the appliance’s Owner’s Manual to ensure safe
operation. The cooktop can be used with either Natural gas or Liquid Propane
(with a conversion kit).
Assembling the Burners
Before operating the cooktop, check your model number and refer to the
appropriate section in the manual for specific information on assembling the
burners. It is crucial to assemble the burners correctly to avoid any
accidents or malfunctions.
Selecting the Proper Flame Size
When using the cooktop, it is important to select the flame size that matches
the cookware being used. Adjust the heat by watching the flame, not the knob.
A flame larger than the bottom of the cookware wastes energy and can cause
handle heating. Follow these instructions to avoid fire hazards.
Power Failure
In case of a power failure, the surface burners can be manually lit. Follow
the instructions in the manual to safely light the burners during a power
outage.
Propane Gas Conversion
This cooktop comes factory set for use with Natural gas. If you wish to use
Liquid Propane, a licensed professional should install the Propane gas
conversion kit included with the product.
