Connecting
How to connect a smartphone:
- Press and hold the MFB power button for about 3 seconds until you hear the earphone prompt sound “Power On”, and the red and blue lights flash alternately rapidy.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, please scan/search for available Bluetooth devices select “BENEWY-T1” from the list of devices shown;
- Click the “BENEWY-T1” to connect, the Bluetooth connection is successful, and the indicator light is off. Note: The headset wil automatically connect to the last device used
Charging
BENEWY-T1 is built in with rechargeable battery. We highly recommend you to charge the battery to ful when using for the first time.
- Charge the headset at a computer or in a wall outlet by using included charging cable
- Red light on: Charging –
- Blue light on: Finish charging
- It will take about 1.5-2 hours to fuly charged

Q1. Why can’t I power on the headphones?
- A1.1. The headphones may have run out of the battery power. Plcase charge the battery using the charging cable.
Q2. Why can’t I connect the headphones to my Bluetooth device?
- A2.1.The Bluetooth function on your device may have been turned oft. Please turn on the Bluetooth function on your device and allow it to search for compatible devices.
- A2.2. The headphones may have been connected too another device. Please disconnect (unpair the headphones from the previous device before Connecting them to a new one.
- A2.3. The headphones may not have been recognized by your device. Please turn off the headphones, turn them back on, search for the headphones on your Bluetooth enabled device, and makè the connection again
- A2.4. The headphones may be too far away from your Bluetooth device, Please make sure that the head phones are close enough to your devIce, and there is no obstacle between them.
Q3. No sound from the headset?
- A3.1. Make sure the headset is turned on and fully charged
- A3.2. Adjust the volume of the phone
- A3.3. Put the headset within 10 meters of the mobile phone without any obstacles.
- A3.4. During, video chat or language chat it cannot be used normally, turn oft thę Bluetooth of the mobile phone, then turn it on again after 2 seconds, and reconnect.
