Product Information

The RealTouchTM Eye Massager is a device that provides hot and cold therapy for the eyes. It is designed to relieve eye strain, reduce puffiness, and promote relaxation. The massager features a rechargeable battery, adjustable strap, power/mode button, LED indicator, pairing button, music volume control, play/pause button, heat/cool/compression button, and intensity button. It also has Bluetooth connectivity for pairing with other devices and built-in soundscapes for a soothing audio experience.

Product Usage Instructions

Charging:

Plug the USB-C side of the charging cable into the port located on the top of the eye mask.
Plug the USB-A side of the charging cable into a power adapter (not included).
Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. The white LED on the eye mask will flash during charging.
Unplug the eye mask when it is fully charged. The LED will stop flashing and remain lit. It may take up to 3 hours to fully charge the eye mask.
Note: The eye mask cannot be used while charging. When the battery is low, a voice prompt will state “low battery” and a red LED will begin flashing. Recharge the eye mask to continue use.

Comfort Fit:

Adjust the strap at both ends until you can easily and comfortably wear the eye mask. The strap features hook-and-loop fasteners that attach to the strap itself.
Make sure the eye mask sits comfortably on your face and that the fit is not too tight. Loosen the strap if necessary.

Power:

Press and hold the power/mode button for 2 seconds to power on the eye mask. The power on voice prompt will play.
Press and hold the power/mode button again to manually turn off the eye mask. If left on, the eye mask will automatically power off after 15 minutes.

Pairing:

Put the eye mask in pairing mode by pressing and holding the pairing button for 2 seconds. The LED will start flashing.
Select “SI MASSAGING EYE MASK” from your device’s Bluetooth menu to connect the eye mask. The Bluetooth-connected voice prompt will play, and the LED will remain lit for 5 seconds.
To disconnect the eye mask and return to built-in soundscapes, press and hold the pairing button for 1 second.

Music Settings:

Press the play/pause button to play or pause audio.
Press the plus button to increase the volume or the minus button to decrease the volume. The eye mask powers on with audio at max volume.
To cycle through the built-in soundscapes, quick press the pairing/music button while the eye mask is not paired with another device.

Massage Settings:

Power on the eye mask to automatically activate air compression massage.
To switch between low and high massage intensities, press and hold the hot + cold/intensity button for 1 second.

Test your comfort level and check massaged facial areas often. Individual reactions to massage, skin contact, and temperature therapy may vary. Stop use immediately if skin becomes irritated or inflamed, if you feel any increase in physical discomfort or pain, or if you experience any loss of sensation or numbness. Consult your physician immediately if symptoms persist.
Never wear the eye mask during charging.
Do not fall asleep while using the eye mask.
Always allow eye mask to cool if it becomes uncomfortably hot during use.
Do not expose to extreme temperatures or moisture.
Never touch the charging cable with wet hands.
Do not carry or pull the eye mask by the charging cable.
Do not use with attachments of any kind other than those that may be included.
Thoroughly inspect products before every use. If the product appears worn, frayed, splintered, cracked, or broken in any manner, discontinue use and discard immediately.
This product is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

RECHARGEABLE BATTERY WARNINGS:

This product contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
There is a risk of fire and personal injury if battery is punctured, damaged, or misused.
Do not dismantle, crush, incinerate or short-circuit battery.
Never expose battery to extreme temperatures or moisture.
Keep away from flammable materials and direct sunlight.
Only charge using the provided charger, cable, and/or adapters.
Allow battery to cool to room temperature before charging.
Charge on a non-flammable surface and keep away from flammable products.
Discontinue charging if battery becomes hot, swells, smokes, or gives off a strong odor.
Battery chargers used with the product are to be regularly examined for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure, and other parts. In the event of such damage, chargers must not be used until the damage has been repaired.
Recycle or dispose of battery according to federal, state, and local laws.

IMPORTANT:

MAINTAINING BATTERY HEALTH

Your massager is designed with a lithium-ion battery pack for cordless convenience, increased massage duration per charge, and frequent useand recharging.
To maintain charge capacity and prevent battery damage, all lithium-ion batteries must be regularly used and recharged.
For optimal battery health, keep the battery at approximately 50% state of charge when not in use.
All batteries naturally lose charge when not in use. If you will not be using the massager for an extended period, check the massager at least every 30 days to ensure the battery is at approximately 50% state of charge. Recharge as needed to maintain a 50% state of charge but do not overcharge.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT store the battery for an extended period with above 60% or below 40% state of charge. An incorrect state of charge during storage could irreparably damage the battery and may result in reduced charge capacity, inability to maintain charge, failure to recharge, or complete inoperability of the massager.
For the health of the battery, always store the massager in a cool, dry place. The storage location should have a consistent temperature between 40°F and 70°F (5°C and 20°C) as well as a relative humidity at 70% or lower.

GETTING STARTED

CHARGING

Select “SI MASSAGING EYE MASK” from your device’s Bluetooth menu to connect the eye mask. The “Bluetooth connected” voice prompt will play and the LED will remain lit for 5 seconds.
To disconnect the eye mask and return to built-in soundscapes, press and hold the pairing button for 1 second.

MUSIC SETTINGS

Press the play/pause button to play or pause audio.
Press the plus button to increase the volume or the minus button to decrease the volume. The eye mask powers on with audio at max volume.

MASSAGE SETTINGS

Power on the eye mask to automatically activate air compression massage.
Quick press the power/mode button to cycle through the 3 massage modes or turn off the massage functions.
- Mode 1: air compression only
- Mode 2: air compression and vibration
- Mode 3: vibration only
- Off: disables air compression and vibration
To switch between low and high massage intensities, press and hold the hot + cold/intensity button for 1 second.

TEMPERATURE SETTINGS

Power on the eye mask to automatically activate alternating hot and cold therapy.
Quick press the hot + cold/intensity button to cycle through the 3 hot + cold modes or turn off the hot + cold functions.
- Hot + Cold: alternates hot (3 minutes) and cold (2 minutes)
- Cold: remains cold
- Hot: remains hot
- Off: disables hot and cold
