Product Information
The product is an electrical lamp with the item number A04971W4. It operates on a voltage of 120V and has a maximum wattage of 60W per bulb (Type A). The lamp should be installed by a licensed electrician to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury.
The mounting surface for the lamp should be clean, dry, flat, strong enough,
and 1/4 larger than the canopy on all sides. Any gaps exceeding 3/16 between
the mounting surface and canopy should be corrected. The ceiling or wall where
the lamp will be installed
must be able to support its weight.
It is important to keep the lamp away from acidic and alkaline substances to
avoid damaging its surface. When replacing bulbs, the lamp should be turned
off or unplugged, and the bulbs should be
replaced only when they have cooled down.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting assembly and installation, make sure you have the following tools (not included):
- Ladder
- Philips Head or Flat Blade Screwdriver
- Electrical Tape
- Pliers
- Wire Cutter/Stripper
- Carefully remove the lamp fixture from the carton and ensure that all parts and accessories are included.
- Turn off the power before starting the installation. Never attempt any work without shutting off the electricity until the work is done.
- Secure the mounting plate (C) to the outlet box using the provided mounting screws (A).
- Connect the wires as shown in the provided wire connection chart. Note that the ground wire is a bare copper wire and should never be connected to other wires.
- Connect the ground wires according to the provided chart.
- Connect the black or red supply wire to the outlet box ground or fixture ground, depending on the wire type.
- Connect the white supply wire to the outlet box ground.
- Use the provided cupped washer for parallel cords (round & smooth) and follow the instructions for connecting specific wire colors.

» Go to the main fuse, or circuit breaker, box in your home.
Place the main power switch in the “OFF” position.
» Place the wall switch in the “OFF” position. -
Mounting surface should be clean, dry, flat, strong enough and 1/4” larger than the canopy on all sides. Any gaps between the mounting surface and canopy exceeding 3/16” should be corrected as required.

Make sure that the ceiling or wall can stand the weight of the lamp before installation.

Make sure the voltage you are using is 120V. The maximum wattage is Type A, Max 60W per bulb.

Keep the lamp away from acidic and alkaline substances in case of damaging the surface of the lamp.

When replacing bulbs, you should turn off or unplug the lamp and you must wait until it is cool as bulbs get hot quickly.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and check that all parts and accessories are included as shown in the above illustration.

Turn off power
Before you start the installation, NEVER attempt any work without shutting off the electricity until the work is done.-
Go to the main fuse, or circuit breaker, box in your home.
Place the main power switch in the “OFF” position. -
Place the wall switch in the “OFF” position.

Make assembly
* Step A1 » Unscrew studs (F) from back plate (E), then set them aside for later installation.
* Step A2 »Carefully pass the supply wires from the outlet box through mounting plate (C).
Secure mounting plate (C) to the outlet box with mounting screws (A).
* Step A3 » Make wire connections
Connect wires as below wires connection shown. PLEASE NOTE THAT GROUND WIRE IS BARE COPPER WIRE, NEVER CONNECT OTHER WIRES TO GROUND WIRES.
Twist wires together with plastic wire connectors until tightly joined, and
wrap each connector with approved electrical tape. Be sure that no wire
strands are exposed and then carefully tuck all wires into the outlet box.
* Step A4 » Align the holes in back plate (E) and mounting plate (C), then secure them with the previously removed studs (F).
* Step A5 »
* 1) Unscrew thumbscrews (H) from upper covers (G) and rings (J).
* 2) Pass thumbscrews (H) through the holes of metal strips (I), rings (J) and glass shades (K), then tighten thumbscrews (H) as shown in the illustration.
* 3) Pass thumbscrews (H) through the holes of metal strips (I) and upper covers (G), then tighten thumbscrews (H) as shown in the illustration.
* 4) Install bulbs (Not included) (Please do not exceed the maximum wattage recommended on the socket.)
- Check everything is installed properly, then you could turn on the light. Enjoy!

CLEANING
To clean, wipe the fixture with a soft cloth. Clean glass with a mild cleaner (such as mild and non-abrasive soap). Do not use abrasive materials such as scouring pads or powders, steel wool or abrasive paper.
