Product Information

Product Usage Instructions

  1. To connect two bookcases together, locate the four connection holes on each side of the bookcases.
  2. Insert the provided hardware into the connection holes, ensuring a secure fit.
  3. If there are any exposed sides where the connection hardware is visible, use the #2 wood caps to cover them.
  4. If the bookcases are not level, adjust the levelers located at the bottom of each bookcase until they are balanced and stable.
  5. For minor repairs, such as scratches, use the included hardware and components as necessary.
  6. Avoid placing the furniture directly near heat or air conditioning outlets to prevent potential damage from extreme temperature variations.

Tool Required: Phillips screwdriver (not provided)

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

  1. Shelf is screwed in place for shipping, use phillips head screwdriver to remove screws from shelf pins. Four screws per shelf. Refer to the drawing below:MATRIN-IMST4094-Traditional-Wood-Bookcase-3

CARING FOR YOUR FURNITURE

  • To care for your furniture, wipe with a soft dry cloth. Microfiber cloths are recommended.
  • Use of furniture polishes are not necessary. Should you choose to use polishes, test in an unnoticeable area first.
  • Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage your furniture’s finish.
  • Never use water to clean your furniture as it may damage the finish.
  • Use coasters to protect the surface from liquids.
  • If your furniture becomes scratched or marred, furniture touch up pencils come in a variety of colors and are available in most hardware stores and can be used to repair minor scratches.
