Box (STB) is a high end device with a processing power over 1500 MIPS,
supporting MPEG4, H.264 at 1080p resolution and the capacity to record and
play any SD or HD program (PVR ready). Clear TV STB is prepared for pure IPTV
or hybrid QAM-IPTV platforms. Designed for TV and Internet convergence, it
supports video-on-demand services, some interactive Android 4.0 apps and over-
the-top TV channels.
USING YOUR REMOTE CONTROL
REMOTE KEY DESCRIPTION
- Power Button-Turns On or Off the STB
- Function Key
- Red Button-In Channel list/EPG, pressing the red button shows the row of previous channel list
- Green Button-In Channel list/EPG, pressing the green button shows the row of the upcoming channel list
- Yellow Button-In Channels list, pressing the yellow button selects/de-selects your favorite channel
- Home Page-For one window overview of the entire service (Channel List, Live TV, Favorite, Catch-Up TV, Program Guide, Video On Demand)
- Mute/Un-mute-Provides access to Sound Control
- Information-Provides description of a program » Press Menu button and go to the Channel/Program of your interest and Set a Reminder or Record the Program by pressing the Information button
- Navigation Key-
- To navigate features at a time
- To scroll the channel up and down
- Volume high and Volume low
- To navigate through the guide
- OK-Selects a highlighted item. Also displays the mini-guide while watching TV
- Menu-Enters or exists the on-screen guide menus, shows the list of features including search
- Return/QV-Returns to the previous guide screen/returns quickly to the previous channel you were watching
- Favorite-Allows you to view your favorite channels
- Play/Pause-Play and Pause the live program
- Record/Stop-Record the video content of interest/stop to record the video content
- Channel List-Shows list of all channels/channel genre
- -3Hrs Details-Displays 3 hours back program details
- Electronic Program Guide (EPG-7days detailed hour-by-hour program guide of each channel
- +3Hrs Details-Displays 3 hours of upcoming program details
- Previous Category-Shows list of previous channels
- Next Category-Shows list of next channels
TURN ON/OFF YOUR SET-TOP BOX
- Press the power button, turn ON STB
- Android logo appears for few seconds
- Clear TV logo appears for few seconds
- Home page/screen appears (wait until system initializing shows 100%)
- Press power button to turn OFF when the STB is in ON mode
HOME PAGE FEATURES
In home page, features such as Channel List, Live TV, Favorites, Catch-Up TV, Program Guide, Video On Demand, empty box appears which has different functions
- Channel List: List of all channels/HD/Channels genre Select Channel List, scroll down the Channel List to go to different channel genre Select/Press the highlighted Channel List Box where different channels appear
- Favorite: Choose your favorite channels for quick and easy view Press Favorite and you will see your favorite channel list there
- Catch-Up TV: Catch-Up with your favourite program (Service not available for now)
- Electronic Program Guide: Get details of every program Select Electronic Program Guide (EPG) and you will see different program details such as time, program information etc.
- Video on Demand: Subscribe our video library Service not available for now
TO SEARCH CHANNELS
» Go to Menu » List of different features appears at the bottom of the screen
» Navigate to SEARCH and click OK button » Select NIT Search » Make sure that
the frequency remains 306000, Symbol Rate remains 6875, Modulation 256QAM,
Bandwidth 8M » Press the Search button.
TO RECORD PROGRAM

Go to EPG » Select Channel » Select Program » Press the INFORMATION button

Press Add recording » Press OK button
Note: Record one program at a time -
Or Direct record the live program » Press record button » Press stop button to stop recording
TO REMIND PROGRAM
- Go to EPG » Select Channel » Select Program » Press the Information button
- Press Add reminder » Press OK button
Note: Reminder functions only for the upcoming programs
