Cantaloupe Crane 15x-16x Series Snack Machine

Product Information

The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process is used for returning parts of the product. This process allows users to create and submit an RMA in Seed Live, the software platform for managing devices. By following the steps outlined below, users can initiate the RMA process and provide necessary information for diagnosis and resolution.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Login to Seed Live. Find the Device Management tab and click on the RMA option in the menu.
  2. Click the “Create Parts RMA” button.
  3. Enter the quantity of parts in the box and provide a description of the issue in the “RMA Description of Issue” and “RMA Issue” boxes. Including a case number, if available, is recommended for faster diagnosis.
  4. Enter the contact name and shipping information in the appropriate boxes. Double-check that all information is entered correctly.
  5. If this is an advanced swap, check the “Advanced Replacement Request” box, select a shipping speed, and then click the “Create RMA” button.
  6. After clicking the “Create RMA” button, a confirmation page will appear. Take note of the language at the bottom of this screen regarding turnaround time.

How to Create and Submit an RMA in Seed Live

  1. Login to Seed Live.

  2. Find the Device Management tab and click RMA in the menu.

  3. Click the Create Parts RMA button.

  4. Enter the quantity of parts in the box and enter a description of the issue into the RMA Description of Issue and RMA Issue box. We need a description of what the problem is to diagnose the issue with your device. If you have a case number, please include that as well.

  5. Enter the contact name and shipping information in the appropriate boxes. When all information has been entered correctly, click the Create RMA button.

  6. PLEASE NOTE: IF THIS IS AN ADVANCED SWAP, CLICK THE ADVANCED REPLACEMENT REQUEST BOX, CHOOSE A SHIPPING SPEED, THEN CLICK CREATE RMA BUTTON.

  7. The screen that comes up after is the confirmation page. Please note the language on the bottom of this screen about turnaround time.
