Husqvarna WHV402D Exhaust Chamber Link Pipe

Product Information

The product is a Werkes USA Chamber Delete, designed to be installed on a vehicle’s exhaust system. It is manufactured by Competition Werkes Inc.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Remove the side exhaust canister by loosening the 1 bolt, 1 nut, and 1 clamp.
2. Remove the front lower heat shield by loosening the 5 bolts.
3. Remove the headpipe by disconnecting the 1 O2 sensor, 2 bolts, and 1 clamp.
4. Remove the center exhaust chamber by loosening the 2 upper bolts and 1 lower bolt. Make sure to remove the U-nuts from the frame to prevent loss.
5. Transfer the grommet, lower spacer tube, and large inlet gasket from the center exhaust chamber to the Werkes USA Chamber Delete.
6. Install the headpipe loosely.
7. Install the Werkes USA Chamber Delete using the stock bolt and clamp, leaving it loose.
8. Install the side exhaust canister using the stock hardware, leaving it loose.
9. Check clearances of the headpipe and tighten it. Securely install the O2 sensor.
10. Tighten the clamp and bolt on the Werkes USA Chamber Delete.
11. Tighten the clamp and bolt on the side exhaust canister.
12. Clean the exhaust with WD-40 or a similar product before starting.

Usage Instructions

1. Remove side exhaust canister (1- bolt, 1- nut, 1- clamp).

2. Remove front lower heat shield (5- bolts). *FIG’s (A) & (B)

3. Remove headpipe (1- O2 sensor, 2- bolts, 1- clamp).

4. Remove center exhaust chamber (2- upper bolts, 1- lower bolt).
   NOTE: remove u-nuts from frame to prevent loss.

5. Transfer grommet, lower spacer tube, and large inlet gasket from center exhaust chamber FIG (C) to WerkesUSA Chamber Delete FIG (D).

6. Install headpipe (leave loose).

7. Install WerkesUSA Chamber Delete using stock bolt and clamp (leave loose). *FIG (E)

8. Install side exhaust canister using stock hardware (leave loose).

9. Check clearances of headpipe and tighten. Securely install O2 sensor.

10. Tighten clamp and bolt on WerkesUSA Chamber Delete.

11. Tighten clamp and bolt on side exhaust canister.

12. Clean exhaust with WD-40 (or similar) before starting.
