The watch with the reference number is equipped with the following movement:

QUARTZ MOVEMENT IN REFINED BS VERSION (BASE RONDA 8040.B)
The quartz movement in refi ned Bruno Söhnler version, in this case a Rondo
8040.B chronograph caliber with large date, is disassembled on the site in
Glashütte. The cover plate is decorated with the Glashütte stripes.
Furthermore, the gear train bridges are replaced. In addition, the battery is
covered to create a more beautiful overall look.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BASIC RONDA SPECIFICATIONS
- Analog quartz movement with date function
- Standard precision: +20 / -10 seconds a month
- Energy-saving function: When the crown is pulled out, the power consumption is approx. 70% lower.
SETTING THE TIME
- Pull the crown out completely (position 3). The movement will be stopped to allow the time to be set to the second.
- The correct time can now be set by turning the crown. (observe the 24-hour rhythm)
- To start the movement again, push the crown back into position 1.
SETTING THE DATE
- Pull the crown out carefully to position 2 and set the current date by turning the crown clockwise.
- Finally, push the crown back into the watch.

SETTING THE TIME
- Pull the crown out completely (position 3). The movement will be stopped to allow the time to be set to the second.
- The correct time can now be set by turning the crown. (observe the 24-hour rhythm)
- To start the movement again, push the crown back into position 1.

- Pull the crown out carefully to position 2 and set the current date by turning the crown clockwise.
- Finally, push the crown back into the watch.
SETTING THE SECOND TIME ZONE
- Activation: Press the push button for at least 2 seconds. (after 10 sec. the mode will be deactivated)
- As soon as the small minute hand jumps forward one minute, this mode of operation is activated.
- Brief pressing: (less than 1 second) – Moves forward individual minutes.
- Medium pressing: (1 to 2 second) – Moves forward 1 hour
- Long pressing (longer than 2 seconds) – The time zone is moved forward until the push button is released.

- Position 4 – *Stop: e.g. 5 minutes – 12 seconds following Restart = 20 minutes – 17 seconds (the accumulated measured tome is shown)
- Position 5 – Reset: The chronograph hands are returned to their zero positions.
*Please Note:
Following position 4, the accumulation of the timing can be continued by
pressing pusher A.

- Position 3 – *Making up the measured time: The chronograph hands are quickly advanced to the ongoing measured time.

- Position 5 – Reset: The chronograph hands are returned to their zero position.
*Please Note: Following position 3, further intervals or intermediates can be displayed by pressing pusher B.
Align chronograph hands to zero position:
- Pull crown to position 3.
- Press pushers A and B simultaneously for at least 2 seconds. (correction mode)
- Second counter: Single step (pusher A 1x briefly), Continuous (hold pusher A)
- Align next hand: Pusher B
- Minute and hour counters: Single step (pusher A 1x briefly), Continuous (hold pusher A)
- Push crown back to position 1.

Pull the crown out completely (position 3).
The movement will be stopped to allow the time to be set to the second. -
Turn crown until the day before the current day of the week appears.

Push crown into position 2 and turn counterclockwise until day before current date appears.

Pull the crown back to position 3 and set the current date and time (observe the 24-hour rhythm)

To start the movement again, push the crown back into position 1.

If, despite proper handling, the watch has a defect within the first two years that is due to a material or manufacturing flaw, please send the watch to our service department with the invoice, if possible in the original packaging.
