VacDaddy VD007 Powerful Portable Pool Vacuum Cleaner
The VacDaddy™ Limited Warranty
Advanced Pool Technologies, LL.C warrants the VacDaddy to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of SIX (6) months from the date of purchase when used according to the instructions in this manual. We recommend registering your VacDaddy on our website at www.thevacdaddy.com/limitedwarranty. If you register the product, the warranty will be extended to a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes damages from freezing, negligence, improper care and handling or any Acts of God. Any parts which may fail or become defective during the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced, at our option, within 14 days from receipt of defective part, barring unforeseen delays, without charge.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. In the event proof of purchase is not available, the manufacturing date of the product will be the sole determination of the purchase date. To obtain warranty service, please contact the VacDaddy at 888-536-8186 or at www.thevacdaddy.com. Warranty does not include wearable parts which include Flexible Hose, Filter Bags, Impeller, Pole Clamps, Tightening Knobs,
Floating Cord, electric cord, Inlet Valve, Drain Valve and all associated hardware. The Vac Daddy warranty does not apply to any parts or products manufactured by others. The VacDaddy must be used in accordance with electrical requirements as listed on the Power Supply and within this manual. Any damages, defects, malfunctions or other failures of the VacDaddy arising from the use of any other electrical products or power supplies are excepted and excluded from this warranty. Defects, malfunctions, failure or damage of the VacDaddy caused by improper, unreasonable or negligent use or abuse by the user are excluded from this warranty.
Advanced Pool Technologies, LLC assumes no responsibility for any warranties or representations made by any dealers, distributors or re-sellers, or for any terms other than those expressly stated in this limited warranty. Any repair work (other than Trouble Shooting as outlined in this manual) conducted on the VacDaddy by anyone other than authorized VacDaddy service center may void this warranty. The VacDaddy only warranties the quality, performance and safety of the product when assembled and maintained with the VacDaddy manufactured parts. Use of any non-VacDaddy parts or components will void all warranty.
