Glue 4 pieces of each of the wooden parts shown together (wood glue) and glue them in turn into the recess of the support plate.

Stick on the self-adhesive rubber pad and cut to size:

The pre-bent steel wire bracket is guided through the tube and fixed with a lock nut:

The scale for measuring the rudder deflections must first be glued together (wood glue):

Now glue the plastic holders for the steel wire bracket to the back (super glue). Afterwards the bracket can be clipped into the plastic holders:
