Product Usage Instructions
Power ON/OFF
- Power ON: Pick up the earphone from the charging case, the power will automatically turn on and the blue light will flash. Alternatively, press the MFB button for 3 seconds.
- Power OFF: The earphone will automatically close and start charging when put it into the charging case. When charging, the red light is on. Alternatively, press the MFB button for 5 seconds.
Call/Siri/Audio Control
- Incoming call/Hang up: Press the MFB button once
- Call rejection: Press the MFB button twice
- Siri activation: Press the MFB button three times
- Siri deactivation: Press the MFB button twice
- Play/Pause: Press the MFB button once
- Next song: Press the MFB button twice on the right earphone
- Previous song: Press the MFB button twice on the left earphone
- Volume adjustment: Hold the MFB button on the right earphone for 1 second to increase volume, and hold the MFB button on the left earphone for 1 second to decrease volume
Pairing
- Remove the left and right earbuds from the charging case.
- Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth function and search for device.
- Select “[HBQ-Q82TWS]” from the Bluetooth interface.
Note : Thanks to the latest Bluetooth 5.1 chip, the earbuds will automatically switch from binaural mode to mono mode when putting away one earbud into the charging case, without the need to disconnect while the other earbud continues to operate. It will restore to binaural mode immediately once the earbud is taken out of the charging case.
Charging
When charging the earbuds, the headphone’s red light will light up. After
charging, the light will disappear. The earbuds can be charged by connecting
them to a 5V charging head or computer USB port using the included micro-USB
cable.
Important : When using the earbuds for the first time, remember to tear
off the insulating film pasted on the charging point of the earbuds.

The functions above can be achieved by pressing either side of the earphone’s MFB
Play/Pause/Next song/Previous song
If you have adjusted the sound on your phone or computer and find that the sound from your Bluetooth earbusd is still too high or too low, it is usually because volume synchronization is not enabled on the connected device. In this case, please adjust the sound through your Bluetooth earbuds.

Connect step
- Remove the left and right earbuds from the charging case.
- Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth function and search for the device.
- Select [HBQ-Q82TWS] from the Bluetooth interface

Why can’t the earphone be found on my Bluetooth device?

The connection distance of Bluetooth is 10m, please make sure there are no obstacles in between.

If the earphones had been connected to a device, unpaired it beforehand.

If the connection problem is not resolved, please try to restart the bluetooth device and the earphone.

If no connection has been made within five minutes of turning earphones on, it will automatically turn off.

In the case of connecting to other smartphones, the earbuc searches for the connected device by default, and needs to wait about 2 minutes before connecting to the new phone.

Why does the earphone turn off automatically?
-
Please make sure the earphone are properly charged. Also, the earphone automatically shuts down after disconnected for three minutes. In this case, please put it back to the charging case or long press the MB for 3 seconds to turn it on.

What should i do if there is no sound in my left or right earphone?
-
Restart the phone and delete the connection history, search and pair again.

If it still doesn’t work, follow these steps:
-
First please delete all the pairing information of the phone, and then restart the phone.

Take the two earphones out of the charging case, press and hold the MB for 5 seconds and then power off.

Press the MFB of both headphones for about 8 seconds, when you see both earphones’LED light up at the same time, then release it.

Press the MFB of both earphones for about 3 seconds and then power on. If only one side of the earphone flashes red and blue, then the reset is successful.

Reconnect with the phone again.

Why can’t the earphones be charged?
-
The insulating film is applied to the charging point to prevent battery power leakage of earphone during transportation. Please remove the insulating film before use.

Press the earphone with your finger to make sure the charging contact points are fully connected to the charging case.

Please make sure that there is no problem with the charging cable or the charging adapter and that the charging cable is inserted correctly.

The charging points for the headphones are dirty, possibly covered with dirt and sweat. Please wipe it off with a cloth.

If you hear the “Battery Low” notification, charge the earbuds. Please charge the case immediately when the LED display of the charging case is below “10”.Be careful not to run out the power of the earphone and charging case. It may shorten the life of the lithium-ion batteries built in.

The voice stutters while listening to music or talking on the phone.

Please make sure that your smartphone’s network connection is working or that the song is still being buffered.

Make sure if your smartphone is connected to two audio devices at the same time.You can switch connections by pressing the multifunction button twice.

The Bluetooth communication distance is 10m. Please make sure there is no large obstacle between earphones and the phone. Please keep the smartphone and earphones close to use.

There could be too much ambient radio interference or strong magnetic field.These environments can affect Bluetooth connection.

Please aviod this environment, then open the Bluetooth interface of the phone, delete the pairing history, and search for pairing again.

Reset the earphone and restart the phone before reconnecting.
Matters need attention
- Please do not treat this product rudely.Please don’t put any weight on the earphones.
- Don’t place them in areas with WiFi, router or other high-frequency transmission devices as it can affect the reception of the earphones. It is the cause of the intermittent sound.
- Please avoid contact with corrosive liquids to aviod damaging the product.
- Please use this product in an effective distance (10M). There is no physical barrier between the Bluetooth device and the earphone (Concrete walls, etc.).
- please use a DC 5V-1A adapter certified by a regulated manufacturer.
- This earphone can support pair with any Bluetooth devices.
- If it has not been used for a long period of time, please charge before use.
- Please keep away from the environment with high moisture and dust. It will increase the chances of fire, electric shock and other accidents.
- Excessive volume for a long time will stimulate the ears and have a negative effect on hearing. Please avoid overly loud volume as it might damage your hearing. Please raise the volume up slowly.
- When charging, please do not cover the blanket and clothes on the charging compartment. When the USB cable is damaged or the terminal is inserted abnormally, please do not use it.
- Please do not use or place near fire, stove, bathroom and other places with high temperature and humidity.
Warranty
- If this product has been properly used according to the instructions, and is unable to function normally or damaged within the 6 months period. We will guarantee to replace a new earphone, free of charge.
- Please provide the order number and date of purchase when conta-cting the customer support team.
- If the goods need to be repaired due to personal reasons, the freight shall be borne by the customer.
