Hallman JK36A1 Bold 36 Gas Range
Product Information:
The HALLMAN BOLD SERIES Burner & Oven BTU All Range Sizes is a 36-inch range designed for home cooking. It is available in the Hallman JK36A1 model and can be used with both Natural Gas and LP Gas.
The range features multiple burners with different BTU outputs:
- Main Burner: 1 @ 15,000 BTU/H (Front Left), 1 @ 6,000 BTU/H (Front Middle), 1 @ 20,000 BTU/H (Front Right), 1 @ 12,000 BTU/H (Back Right), 1 @ 9,000 BTU/H (Back Middle), 1 @ 9,000 BTU/H (Back Left)
- Oven Burner: 1 @ 22,000 BTU/H
- Broil Burner: 1 @ 10,000 BTU/H
The total BTU output of the range is 84,000 BTU/H. The oven operates on 120V,
60Hz, and requires a current of 5.0 Amp. The oven light operates on 120V,
60Hz, and requires a current of 0.2 Amp. The ignitor operates on 120V, 60Hz,
and requires a current of 3
Amp. The oven fan operates on 120V, 60Hz, and requires a current of 0.53 Amp.
For Natural Gas (NG) usage, the input pressure should be set at 7 inches and the output pressure at 5 inches. For LP Gas (LP) usage, the input pressure should be set at 11 inches and the output pressure at 10 inches.
The product is made in China.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Make sure the range is properly connected to the gas supply according to the type of gas being used (Natural Gas or LP Gas).
- To use the burners, turn the corresponding control knobs to the desired heat level. Refer to the BTU values mentioned in the product information section for selecting the appropriate burner for your cooking needs.
- To use the oven, set the desired temperature using the oven temperature control knob. The oven burner will automatically ignite and reach the set temperature.
- The oven light can be turned on/off using the oven light switch.
- To ignite the oven, press and hold the ignitor button until the flame ignites. Release the button once the flame is lit.
- The oven fan helps in circulating hot air for even cooking. It operates automatically when the oven is in use.
- Follow safety guidelines and proper cleaning instructions mentioned in the user manual for maintaining and prolonging the life of your range.

- The minimum distance from the sides of the range above the countertop to combustible sidewalls must be at least 13 inches.
- The minimum horizontal is 18 inches between the appliance and combustible construction extending from the cooking surface.
- The minimum vertical clearance between the countertop surface and combustible construction above the appliance is 30 inches.
- The minimum horizontal distance between overhead cabinets installed to either side of the appliance shall not be less than the nominal width of the appliance.
- A floor-supported unit is for zero between adjacent combustible construction.
- Do not store or use gasoline liquid propane cylinder or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity if this appliance.
- The gas appliance pressure regulator must be set for the gas which the appliance is used with Natural gas. Only the gas for the appliance is equipped shall be indentified.
- It is shipped from the factory adjusted for use with Natural Gas.
- You can find the orifices on the package with LP manual. Conversion orifices are located on the LP package.
- Please follow the instructions package with the orifices for gas conversion. Each orifice shall be clearly identified with regard to the gas for which it will be used, and the orifice size shall be indicated on the spud.
