WORK SHARP E2 Electric Culinary Kitchen Knife Sharpener
ELECTRIC SHARPENING
- Power on the sharpener.
- MODEL E2:
- Press
- MODEL E2P:
- Press SHARP to sharpen knives.
- Press SHARP to restore extremely dull knives.
- Set knife in sharpener.
- Pull through slowly.
- Repeat on the opposite side. Continue alternating sides until the machine shuts off.
MANUAL SHARPENING
- Insert the blade into center slot.
- With gentle downward pressure, slide the knife back and forth along the full length of the blade 10 times.
REMOVING/CHANGING ANGLE GUIDE
Remove the guide to sharpen scissors, change abrasives, or attach the Pocket Knife Guide included with Model E2P.
CHANGING ABRASIVES
First, remove the guide and open the top cover. Remove the O-ring and unscrew the fastener holding the abrasive in place. Abrasives are reversible. After each use, wipe the inside & outside of your sharpener with a dry cloth to remove any grinding dust that may have accumulated.
SHARPEN SCISSORS
Remove the guide. Set the sharpener to the lowest speed. Rest the blade on the scissor guide and pull thru slowly. Repeat 2-5 times per side.
SHARPEN SERRATIONS
- Insert the blade into the center slot.
- With gentle downward pressure, slide the knife back and forth along the full length of the blade 10 times.
