Rotisserie Crisping Basket – Food for Thought
The WEBER CRAFTED Rotisserie Crisping Basket quickly connects to your rotisserie unit. Slow rotation and even heat circulation creates deliciously crispy food right at your grill.

Follow all WARNING and CAUTION statements provided in your WEBER Grill Owner’s Guide.
WARNING: Always wear heat-resistant grill mitts or gloves (conforming to EN 407, Contact Heat rating level 2 or greater) when handling a hot accessory.
WARNING: Do not use your WEBER CRAFTED accessory on your side burner.
CAUTION: Do not set your WEBER CRAFTED accessory on a combustible surface, glass, or a surface that can be damaged by heat.
Failure to follow these WARNING and CAUTION statements may result in serious bodily injury or may result in a fire or an explosion causing damage to property.
Before-You-Grill Checklist
- Make sure that your Rotisserie Crisping Basket is clean and ready to go.
- Loosen the locking screws on each endcap bracket.
- Unlock both latches on the endcap brackets.
Grilling and Assembly Instructions

Lower or remove your warming/ grilling rack. If necessary, remove cooking grates.

Install your accessory rotisserie motor and rotisserie shaft onto your grill. Refer to your rotisserie accessory owner’s guide for all instructions and safety details.

Preheat your grill prior to cooking using the instructions included with your grill owner’s guide.

Lightly oil and season your food by following your recipe’s recommendation.

Load your food into the Rotisserie Crisping Basket.
NOTE: Be careful not to overload. Only fill lower section of the basket. -
Close the lid.
NOTE: Do not secure the side latches yet.
Divider Installation
If you would like to use the divider, before adding food, slide it into the divider brackets. The divider needs to be fully inserted for the Rotisserie Crisping Basket lid to close properly.
How to Install Rotisserie Crisping Basket
Important: Always protect your hands from hot surfaces by wearing gloves.

Have a flat side of the rotisserie shaft facing up (A).

Once your Rotisserie Crisping Basket is loaded with food, lift and slightly open the lid with your thumbs tucked under the brackets (B).

Slide the Rotisserie Crisping Basket onto the rotisserie shaft at the center of the grill.

Let the lid close. While holding the basket in place, close the right and left latch.

Tighten the thumb screws on each side of the basket (C).
NOTE: Push the Rotisserie Crisping Basket fully forward while tightening. Screws must touch a flat surface on the rotisserie shaft. -
When the food is done, turn off the grill and rotisserie unit motor.
NOTE: Stop the motor with Rotisserie Crisping Basket in an upright position with the lid of the basket on top. -
With grilling gloves on, release both latches.

Grip the basket on each end and slightly open the lid of the basket with your thumbs while pulling the basket away from grill.

Let lid close and set the basket in a safe and stable place to let cool.
Caring for the Rotisserie Crisping Basket
- Clean after each use.
- The Rotisserie Crisping Basket is dishwasher safe, however, handwashing using a mild detergent with a non-abrasive nylon brush or sponge is recommended to extend the life of the product.
- Thoroughly dry before storing.
- With usage, the color of the stainless steel surface will begin to change. This is completely normal and will not change the cooking results.
