Product Information
The Sunbed 220cm is a versatile outdoor furniture piece thatprovides comfort and relaxation. The sunbed is designed to be adjustable andstable, ensuring a comfortable experience for the user.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before assembling, tighten 50% of the screws using an Allen wrench (recommended) instead of an electric drill.
- Place the sunbed on a flat ground to ensure stability.
- Tighten all screws gradually using the appropriate tools.
- If the screws are not aligned with the holes during assembly, loosen all the other screws to 50% and continue the assembly process.
- If the sunbed is not stable, loosen all the screws, adjust it on a flat ground, and tighten all screws again.
- Note : If one or some screws are fully tightened during assembly, it may cause misalignment with other holes. The holes are designed to be relatively larger to provide more space for screw adjustment.
Notice:
- 50% Tighten before fixing all screws, Allen wrench is recommended instead of an electric drill.
- Place the item on a flat ground to adjust and make sure it remains stable.
- Tighten up all screws with tools gradually.
- If the screws are not aligned with holes during assembly, please loosen all the other screws to 50% and continue the assembly process.
- If the item is not stable, please loosen all the screws, adjust it on a flat ground and tighten up all screws again.
- Note : If one or some screws are fully tightened during assembly, chances are the others will not be aligned with holes. In addition, all the holes are designed to be relatively larger to provide more space for the adjustment of the screws.

- Connect right backrest (E),left backrest (H), and middle backrest (F) with bolt (1) , detail (10), and detail(4).
- Connect part from Step 1 and 2pcs seat base (O), with bolt(1), detail (4).
- Connect part from Step 2 and bracing frame (I), bracing frame (J) with bolt(1), bolt (2), and detail (4).
- Connect seat base small (P), bracing frame (M), bracing frame (N), bracing frame (L), and bracing frame (G) with bolt (2).
- Connect seat base (O) ,2pcs bracing frame (K) , bracing frame (I), and bracing frame (R) with bolt(1), bolt (2), and detail (4).
- Connect seat base (O) ,2pcs bracing frame (K) , bracing frame (J), and bracing frame (Q) with bolt(1), bolt (2), and detail (4).
- Connect iron bar (A1) , iron bar (A2) , iron bar (A3 ) and iron bar (A4)Connect iron bar (A1) , iron bar (A2) , iron bar (A3 ), and iron bar (A4) with screws (7)with screws (7)
- Connect iron bar (B1) , iron bar (B2) , iron bar (B3 ), and iron bar (B4) with screws (7)
- Connect iron bar (C1) , iron bar (C2) , iron bar (C3 ), and iron bar (C4) with screws (7)
- Connect iron bar (D1) , iron bar (D2) , iron bar (D3 ), and iron bar (D4) with screws (7)
- Thread the detail of Step (7), Step (8), Step (9) , and Step (10) into the cloth umbrella (T).
- Connect part from Step (3) and Step (11) with bolt (3), washer (5) , eru (6) and washer (11)
- Connect part from Step (3) and Step (12) with gas lift (12)
- Connect details together by Connector plastic (8).
- Put on sunbed seat cushions (U) (W) (V) (X) and pillow (Y) to complete the sunbed.
