Get Starting

• Power ON/OFF
  Please charge for 4 hours before the first use to ensure that the recorder has power!

  • Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the power, green indicator lights up and goes into standby.
  • In any state after power on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the power.

• Charging:
  The unit can be charged via the USB port.

  • Recommendation: Use the charger with the certified logo to charge the unit.

• Connecting to a computer
  This machine is free of drivers and removable disk can be displayed when connected to a computer.

Take\ a video

• Take a video
  • starting a video: Press and hold the camera button for 3 seconds, turn it on and start recording. Or while in standby, short press the (Video button) to start recording
  • Save video: When recording, short press the camera button to save the video.
• Infrared illumination: Short press the infrared button to turn on the infrared illumination, and the camera turns to black and white mode. Press the infrared button again to turn off the infrared illumination and turn the camera to color mode.
• White light:
  • When there is insufficient light, short press this button to light the bulb to supplement the light source
• Auto Infrared light :
  • This unit will automatically activate the infrared camera mode in dark environments or when there is insufficient light. Refer to the automatic infrared function in system Settings.
• Video capture:
  • When shooting a video, press the Photo shutter button to capture the current camera screen.
• File protection:
  • When shooting a video, press the mode button to lock the current file , this can avoid  the file be overwritten during loop recording. After the file is locked, press the mode button again to unlocked the file.
• Video Interface:

Working status indicator (RED): flashes when the video is shooting.

Take a picture/Voice recording

• Take a picture:
  In standby mode, short press the Photo button to take a icture.

  • Work indicator: The red light is on when the picture is taken, and the green light is on after saving.

• Audio recording:

  • start recording: In the power off state, long press the Voice button for 3 seconds, turn on the power and start recording. Or during standby, press the Voice button to start recording.
  • save recording: When recording, short press the Voice button to save the recording.

Play back

• Mode conversion:
  In standby mode, press V to switch the working mode.

• Video playback:

1. Short press the “Up” or “Down” button to select the file to play.
2. Short press the “Play” button to start playback, and the working status light will light green.
3. During playback, short press the play button to pause playback, press the play button again to resume playback.

• Audio Play back:

1. Short press the “Up” or “Down” button to select the file to play.
2. Short press “Play button” to start playing, the working status light will light green.
3. During playback, short press the play button to pause playback, press the play button again to resume playback.
4. Short press the “Up” or “Down” button during playback to select the previous or next track.

• Button operation: In the standby state, hold press the menu button to enter the system settings, short press the up or down to select or modify, press the play/confirm button to confirm, short press the menu button to exit.
• Menu options:
  • Resolution: SD,HD,FHD 30 F/S
  • Factory default: 720P
  • Photo quality: 1 M\2M\3M\4M\5M\8M\ 1 0M\12M Factory default: 3M
  • Loop recording: off, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes Factory default: off (off for 20 minutes, no cycle)
  • white balance: automatic, daylight, cloudy, tungsten light, fluorescent light
  • Factory default: automatic

Video settings

• Exposure compensation: +2~0~-2
  • Factory default: 0
• Moti on detecti on: off, on
  • Factory default: Off (when turned on, there are human bodi es, objects moving to start recording)
• indi cator swi tch: turn On /Off the indi cator
  • factory default: On
• Key tone: turn On /off the key tone
  • Factory default: On
• System time: Set the system time
• Auto power off: Off, 3 Mins, 5 mins, 10 mins.
  • Set the power saving time, OFF is always power on Factory default: 10 mins
• Language settings: Simple Chinese, English
  • Factory default: Simplified Chinese
• Automatic infrared: off, on
  • Factory setting: off
• Automatic screen off: off, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes Factory default: 2 minute
• Format : format disk Please back up all data before do formatting.
