Ensure the Best Earphone Output
- High-fidelity earphones requires support from properly encoded music. Compression ratio higher than 192k or lossless source files are recommended for better listening experience.
- Mainstream lossless audio codecs are APE, FLAC, TTA, TAK, WAV.
- Before using the earphones, to ensure the comfortable wearing and better sound quality, please select right silicone ear tips for your ears.
I. Wearing Guide
- Before wearing, please make sure the Left and Right earphone matched with the right cable. Cable connectors are marked with “L” and “A” signs, “L” for the left ear, “A” for the right ear.
- Insert the earphone into ear correctly, then adjust it slightly and gently.
- Put the earphone cable behind your ear, then adjust and fix it well.
- Please set the volume to a suitable level to protect your hearing.
II. Replacement of Sound Tuning Filter(Sound Tube)

Adjust different audio characteristics according to the internal damping and filter density. Different sound effects are distinguished by the color of the fitter(sound tube), and users can choose according to their pref8’ences.

Note:
- When installing the tuning fitter, it should be tightened along the thread direction to prevent air leakage and achieve a better sense of hearing.
- The sponge/fitter in the tuning fitter is different, please do not pull it out, so as not to affect the sense of hearing.
Ill. Cable Installation
- Be sure to the Left and Right earphone units match with right cables. Connect cable wrth “L” logo to “L” earphone and cable wrth “A” logo to “A” earphone.
- When inserting or removing cable, be sure to push or pull in direct line. Any force applied in other directions will cause damage to connectors or earphone’s sockets.
IV. Maintenance
- When cleaning the earphones, please use a small brush or other cleaning tools to clean the earwax from eartips and tone hole. Then wipe the earphone shell and cable with a soft cloth.
- Wind the earphone cables loosely on four fingers and store the earphones into a box.
V. Precautions
Please do not pull the cable strongly to avoid damage.
When inserting or removing cable, be sure to push or pull in direct line. Any force applied in other directions will cause damage to connectors or earphone’s sockets.
Please keep the earphones away from fire, damp, strong magnetic field and children.
For your safety, please do not use earphones in dangerous environment.
If unused for a long time, please unplug your earphones from the playback device.
Please set the volume to a suitable level to avoid hearing damage.

VI. Warranty
- From the date of purchase, the earphone units are under warranty for twelve months and cables are six months.
- Please provide a valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase when applying for warranty repair.
- If any malfunction is caused by quality related problems within 7 days from the date of purchase, as well as the original packaging and all accessories were kept without damage, customer can apply for replacement or refund within 7 days from purchase.
- Between 8th and 15th day from purchase, customer can apply for replacement only.
- Repairs will be charged when out of warranty. Shipping fees: the customer pays for the shipping cost of sending the product to Hidizs factory. After it’s repaired, the product will be sent back to the customer, the shipping cost is paid by Hidizs.
VII. Warranty does not apply under the following circumstances
a. Unauthorized disassembly or repair of the product.
b. The products are no1 sold by Hidizs or Hidizs authorized distributors.
c. Damage caused by water, drop, crash and others.
d. Damage caused by natural disasters.
e. Other damage caused by third-party-company.
f . Fail to provide valid warranty proofs.
