Before operating the product, please read the following contents carefully.

Before installation

• During transportation, in order to prevent damage, the Oxy-Hydrogen Generator must be placed vertically and not upside down.
• If the power supply voltage is unstable, beyond the use of 220 ± 10% range, please install the voltage regulator for further use!
• Please choose safe qualified socket and junction board with safety electrician certification.
• Unauthorized personnel shall not remove the shell.

Place

• Chooses the most convenient room that can be easily moved from one room to another by moving it.
  The shall not place the Oxy-Hydrogen Generator in a blocked airflow environment.The Oxy-Hydrogen Generator shall be placed for indoor ventilation place, and avoid direct sunlight, all sides distance from the walls and furniture.
  Stay away from the heat source and above 20CM. To avoid piles of carpets, heaters, electric heaters, or hot-air and ventilation equipment, Oxy-Hydrogen Generator cannot be placed in a narrow range.
  The Oxy-Hydrogen Generator should not be placed in the following environments: near heat sources and bright and dark fire sources, humid, unobstructed, smoke and pollution, and high or low temperature environments.

• Oxy-Hydrogen Generator should be avoided in contaminants or smoke.
  Do not place sundries and water and oil containers on the top of the
  Oxy-Hydrogen Generator.
  It is forbidden to place any sundries at the bottom of the Oxy-Hydrogen Generator, and it is forbidden to place the machine on soft surfaces (such as beds, sofas) that will cause tilting or sinking.   Accessory connection
  Step 1: Check if the power is normal
  Power on, the screen is on, the water level is in a Lack of water state, and the power is turned off.
  Step 2: Connect the Drain Pipe
  At the bottom of the rear casing of the machine, at the [Drain port], remove the pipe plug and connect the drain pipe and ball valve.
  Step 3: Add water
  TX-HO3000 type plus 5L pure water + 2 packs of white granules,
  TX-HO1500 type plus 4L pure water + 1 pack of white granules,
  TX-800A/B type plus 1.5L pure water + 1 pack of white granules.
  TX-800C type plus 3L pure water + 1 pack of white granules.
  After mixing evenly, slowly pour it from the [Water inlet], and then tighten the water inlet cap.
  Check the machine for water leaks to prevent damage to the machine during shipping.
  Step 4: Connect the humidifier bottle
  Fix the [Humidifier bottle hanger] on the side of the machine, pour an appropriate amount of pure water into the humidifier bottle, and then Remove the left [Air outlet] pipe plug, and use the matching hose to connect the upper air inlet of the humidifier bottle.
  Step 5: Power on again, turn it on, and check if the water level on the screen is normal
  If the water level is Normal , you can tap [Start] to use it.
  If the water level is in a state of Lack of water , it means that the water level is Lack of water , you need to add 300-500ML pure water,
  Do not start using until the water level is in a normal state.
  Step 6: Check whether the air out of the humidifier bottle is normal**

1. Observe whether there are air bubbles in the humidifier bottle, if there is, it can be used.
2. If there are no air bubbles, check whether the cap of the water filling port is tightened and whether the air outlet cannula is in place.

   Step 7: Check whether the nasal suction pipe is normal
   Insert a nasal suction tube into the air outlet on the side of the humidification bottle, and then drop the nasal suction head into the water to observe whether there are air bubbles
3. If there is, you can start using it.
4. If there are no air bubbles, check whether the humidifier bottle is tight and leaks
   Description of error codes
   When the machine is running, it will automatically detect the running status. If there is any abnormality, the corresponding code will be displayed after the temperature on the screen.
   Code E1: The temperature control probe is broken or the temperature is too high to stop.
   Code E2: If the electrolyte concentration is too high, a part of the water needs to be drained, and then a part of pure water needs to be added and mixed evenly for use.
   Code E3: Electrolyte concentration is not enough. When the water is newly added, it is not mixed evenly. Drain the added water and pour it into the machine again, twice. Power off and power on again and it will work fine.
   If it is also prompted that the electrolyte concentration is not enough, you need to add 1 pack, and then mix the water evenly.
   Water addition method

• This machine can only use pure water, do not use tap water or mineral water.

• T X -HO3000 type add 5L pure water + 2 packs of white granules,
  TX-HO1500 type plus 4L pure water + 1 pack of white granules,
  TX-HO800A/B type plus 1.5L pure water + 1 pack of white granules.
  TX-HO800C type plus 3L pure water + 1 pack of white granules.

• The weight of white particles is different between different models. Please do not mix them. Please read the quantity instructions on the packaging bag. Do not over or under.

• Do not arbitrarily buy white granules with different composition and purity to avoid damage to the machine. [Normal use]

• Touch [Start] to start hydrogen production. The remaining available times are displayed on the screen, and the initial value is decreased by 48 times. After reaching 0, please discharge a little liquid in the machine to check whether the machine is running normally.

• The remaining working time of this time is decremented by 30 minutes (for example), and stops when it reaches 0.

• If there is Lack of water during use, or the water level reaches the sensing water level instantly, the machine will stop automatically, please add 300-500ML pure water.

• If you need to pause during use, please touch [Stop] to stop. [Cleaning]

• During the running process of the machine, it has been automatically processed by the program without manual operation. [Times to 0] The number of available times starts from the countdown of 3 times to alarm.

[1] Remove the humidifier bottle, pour out the water in the bottle, and add an appropriate amount of pure water.
[2] Drain a little liquid in the machine, if it is clear, return it to the machine.
If the liquid turns yellow, rinse repeatedly.
[3] Put the humidifier bottle back to its original position. [4] [Set]>>>>[Reset]. [Normal use]

• Tap [Timer] to set the working time, the initial working time corresponds to the number of times as follow:

Maintenance and maintenance

Routine maintenance
The appearance of the whole machine is smooth and shiny, please prevent sharp objects from being scratched;
Please unplug the power supply in time after the timer and the air supply are finished and the whole machine is turned off;
Note: Please do not disassemble the machine without authorization to avoid unnecessary damage inside the machine. Please disconnect the power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
Handling when idle for a long time
Remove the humidification cup, pour out the water in the cup and dry it before putting it back into the main unit;
Open the drain pipe and empty the liquid in the machine;
Cut off the power supply and put the Oxy-Hydrogen Generator back into the box;
Pack and seal accessories such as nasal suction tube in plastic bags;
Component Care
Regular maintenance is not to increase everyone’s trouble, but to better protect everyone’s health.

Note: The above time is only for home users, commercial users please speed up the maintenance cycle appropriately.
The number of times on the screen counts down from the initial value to 0, which is a usage cycle with a duration of 1440 minutes.
Repair
Only professional maintenance personnel designated by the company can repair this product!
Non-professionals are forbidden to disassemble and repair by themselves!
Common faults and troubleshooting

It belongs to the internal power failure of the machine, please contact the after-sales service
The power switch does not light up:
1. There is a problem with the 220V plug, Check that the power supply is plugged in or the outlet is powered.
2. The fuse in the socket is blown, please replace it with a new fuse
Screen failure| The lights inside the machine are all on, but the screen is off: the screen plug is loose
No response to touch the touch screen: replace with a new screen
Blue screen or positioning deviation: contact after-sales for correction or screen replacement
Water level problem| The machine can only be started when the water level is above the minimum water level. When the water level reaches the highest water level line, it still indicates lack of water;
The water level sensor line is loose or faulty, contact the after-sales service for a new sensor
No gas is produced| There are air bubbles in the humidifier bottle, and the nasal suction tube does not gas: Insert the nose tip into the water, if there are air bubbles, it means that the air is normal;
If there are no air bubbles, 1 please check whether the humidifier bottle is tightened 2 Check the nasal suction pipe for leaks
The humidifier bottle has no or very few bubbles:
1. Check whether the connecting pipe between the air outlet and the humidifier bottle is connected well;
2. The internal circulation pipe of the equipment is blocked by air bubbles, and it needs to be shaken back and forth, left and right
Shake the device a few times, and then start the device to confirm whether gas is produced;
3. When adding water for the first time, no white granules were added or only one packet was added.
Be sure to tighten the water inlet, otherwise it will leak.
Drained water turns yellow| Excessive addition of white particles; unacceptable electrolyte used.
Running the machine for a long time causes the machine to be in a high temperature state for a long time.
The machine has added water sources other than purified water.

Interpretation of the installation and use of the fully intelligent Oxy- Hydrogen Generator -1 Accessory connection installation steps:

1. Take out the machine and all accessories

2. Prepare purified water

3. Hold down the snap ring, press it in place, and pull out the rubber stopper.

4. Take out the attachment, as shown in the link, and push it into place horizontally.

5. Plug in the cover of the water outlet, add a small amount of pure water, and check whether the water outlet leaks. If there is water leakage, it means that the water outlet pipe is not fully pushed in place.

6. Unscrew the humidifier bottle and filter bottle, soak the gas dispersion head in water for half an hour, rinse the filter element, and the filter element can be wet.

7. Fill the humidifier bottle with pure water, and the water level can be flush with the level of the card pattern.

8. Put the humidifier bottle and filter bottle on and make sure to tighten.

9. Fix the humidifier bottle, as shown in the picture, use a foam pad between the humidifier bottle and the machine to ensure that the humidifier bottle is in a vertical state.

10. It is recommended to use two packs of activating dose for the first time for a new device. Pour the activating agent into a small bottle and add pure water. Screw the cap and shake it. After the activating agent is completely diluted, add it to the machine, and then add pure water. The water level should not be higher than the maximum water level.

11. After the water is full, make sure to tighten the cover of the water inlet.
