Product Information

The product is an air conditioning system consisting of indoor
and outdoor units. It requires proper installation and connection
before operation. The user manual provides detailed instructions on
the steps to be followed for successful installation and checks to
ensure safe and efficient operation.

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Air Evacuation (Page 6.1)

  1. Ensure that the indoor and outdoor units are securely
    installed.

  2. Check for any fall, vibration, or noise issues.

  3. Verify that there are no refrigerant gas leaks.

  4. Ensure proper thermal insulation of the refrigerant gas and
liquid pipes, as well as the indoor drain hose extension.

  5. Check for any water leakage and ensure that the draining line
    is properly installed.

  6. Ensure that the system is properly grounded to prevent
    electrical leakage.

Step 2: Electrical and Gas Leak Checks (Page 6.2)

  1. Use only specified wires for all wiring and ensure correct
    connection of all wires.

  2. Check for any operation or burn damage.

  3. Ensure that the air inlet and outlet of both the indoor and
    outdoor units are unobstructed.

  4. Verify that the stop valves are opened.

  5. Check if the indoor unit properly receives remote controller
    commands.

  6. Measure the voltage between L and N (115V) or between L1 and L2
    (220V).

  7. Ensure that the pipes and wires are connected to the
corresponding terminal blocks/connection ports for the connected
    unit.

Step 3: Test Run (Page 6.3)

Perform the following checks to ensure proper cooling/heating
function:

  • Verify that both the indoor and outdoor units are installed
    securely.

  • Check for any refrigerant gas leaks.

  • Ensure that the refrigerant gas and liquid pipes, as well as
the indoor drain hose extension, are thermally insulated.

  • Inspect for any water leakage and ensure the proper
    installation of the draining line.

  • Check if the system is properly grounded.

  • Confirm that only specified wires are used for all wiring and
    are connected correctly.

  • Ensure that there is no operation or burn damage.

  • Verify that the air inlet and outlet of both the indoor and
    outdoor units are unobstructed.

  • Check if the stop valves are opened.

  • Ensure that the indoor unit properly receives remote controller
    commands.

  • Measure the voltage between L and N (115V) or between L1 and L2
    (220V).

  • Make sure that the pipes and wires are connected to the
corresponding terminal blocks/connection ports for the connected
    unit.

Note: It is important to follow all the steps and checks
mentioned in the user manual for safe and efficient operation of
the air conditioning system.
