Product Information

Thank you for purchasing a Grigiocarbonio product. Grigiocarbonio products are carbon fiber products made in Italy with high-quality materials and advanced technologies. They are known for their excellence and durability, thanks to the manufacturer’s extensive experience in the field of Composite Materials. The Grigiocarbonio Integrale MTB T800/T1000 is a full carbon fiber product designed for mountain bikes. It offers excellent strength and lightweight performance, making it suitable for various riding conditions. As an optional feature, the Grigiocarbonio Integrale can be purchased with a computer holder that has M5 threaded aluminum bushings. These holders are compatible with Grigiocarbonio computer holders and standard ones. In case of structural damage to Grigiocarbonio products caused by reasons not covered by the warranty, the company offers a 30% discount on the purchase of a new product within the 24-month warranty period. Product Usage Instructions

Warning: Before installation, please ensure your safety and read all instructions carefully.

ATTENTION
Being Grigiocarbonio products are of high level and technological content, it is of fundamental importance to pay great care and attention during the assembly phase, scrupulously following the instructions below, using experienced and adequately equipped personnel. In particular, the user is invited to respect the maximum tightening torques allowed, using a well- calibrated torque wrench. Incorrect assembly can not only cause damage to the product but can also put at risk the safety of those who use it, so for any doubt about it do not hesitate to contact us. For us, safety and customer satisfaction are primary objectives.

WARRANTY
24 months from the date of purchase on manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, fatigue damage or collisions, incorrect assembly, tightening, inflation pressures and radii pulling that do not comply with the limits recommended in the user manual, alterations or modifications of the product, use beyond the designated field of the component, installation of parts and spare parts that are not original and/or not approved by the manufacturer, wear or breakage of auxiliary mechanical parts e.g. screws, bearings, hubs, spokes, etc. The warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair of the product, no credit will be granted or refunded. All Grigiocarbonio products are provided with an identification label that must always be present and clearly visible, its removal makes the product without warranty. The product to take advantage of the warranty must be shipped directly to the manufacturer with the documentation received at the time of purchase or the receipt of payment (the warranty is not valid on second-hand products). The product will be carefully examined and analyzed by qualified personnel before being declared defective.

CRASH REPLACEMENT

Fork Tube Installation

1. Check that the portion of the fork tube on which to tighten Grigiocarbonio Integrale is at least 43.5 mm long (refer to Figure
2. Insert the fork tube fully into the stem for optimal position.

Tightening Brake Levers, Shift Controls, Suspensions, Dropper Posts Remote Controls Clamps

1. Follow Figure 2 for the appropriate clamping positions.
2. Ensure that the tightening torques do not exceed 2 Nm (refer to Figure 2).

Fork Mount Installation

1. Follow Figure 3 for the correct installation of the fork mount.
2. Respect the maximum tightening torque of 3 Nm (refer toNFigure 3).

Computer Holder Installation (Optional)

1. If you have purchased the Grigiocarbonio computer holder, follow Figure 5 for the correct installation.
2. Ensure that the tightening torque does not exceed 2 Nm (refer to Figure 5).
3. Note that the M5 screws are not supplied unless you purchase the Grigiocarbonio computer holder.

USER MANUAL
GrigioCarbonio Integrale, ultralight MTB integrated T800/T1000 HM carbon fiber handlebar, 8th backsweep, 4th upsweep, width from 700 mm to 780 mm, stem inclination -6° or -17°, stem length: 50-60-70-80-90-100 mm, compatible with standard 1.1/8″ head tubes. Not compatible with barends. GrigioCarbonio Integrale, as an option, can be sold with a computer holder with M5 threaded aluminum bushings, compatible with GrigioCarbonio computer holders and / or standard one.

  • Warnings: Fork tube check that the portion of the fork tube on which to tighten GrigioCarbonio Integrale is not less than 43.5 mm long as shown in Figure 1. The optimal position is when the fork tube is fully inserted into the stem.Grigiocarbonio-integrale-MTB-T800-T1000-FIG-1
  • Warnings: Tightening brake levers, shift controls, suspensions or dropper posts remote controls clamps follow Figure 2 and respect the tightening torques MAX 2 Nm as indicated. For the fork mount follow Figure 3 and respect the MAX 3 Nm tightening torques as shown.   • Warnings: to mount the computer holder on Grigiocarbonio integrale (optional) respect the tightening torques of 2 Nm as shown in Figure 5, the screws from M5 are not supplied, except for the purchase of the Grigiocarbonio computer holder.Grigiocarbonio-integrale-MTB-T800-T1000-FIG-5
