Product Information: XO Performance Side Burner Cart
The XO Performance Side Burner Cart is a grill cart designed for outdoor use. It is compatible with the XO Performance Grill model XOGSBCARTXLT. The cart is pre-assembled at the factory, but some assembly is required to attach the handles and casters and mount the unit to the side of the grill cart. The cart is equipped with handles, casters, locking casters, gas connection wye, electrical connector, and necessary hardware.
Warning: This product is heavy. Please read and follow all safety instructions and warnings provided in the instruction manual before assembling and using the appliance. The appliance is designed for outdoor use only and should not be operated in any enclosed space. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in property damage, injury, or death.

Product Usage Instructions
Assembly Instructions:

The primary cart cabinet is pre-assembled. To attach the handles and casters, remove the M5x10 bolts from the interior of the burner into the side walls of the cart. Lift the side burner up and out from the cart.

Lay the empty cart on its back and use the cardboard packaging as a working surface to prevent scratching. Attach the casters to each corner of the base using (16) M6x12 bolts (4 per caster).
Install the locking casters on the right-hand side and the non-locking casters on the left-hand side. -
Attach the handle assemblies to the lid and door using M6x60 bolts.

Remove the right side shelf brackets and screw them into the right side panel and base using 6 M5x10 bolts.

Slide the side burner cart to the main cart, allowing the screws on the top and bottom to slide over the M5x10 bolts. Tighten them with the supplied screwdriver.

Reinstall the side burner into the cart using the removed M5x10 bolts.
If You Smell Gas:
DANGER: If you smell gas, follow the instructions below:
- Shut off gas to the appliance.
- Extinguish any open flame.
- Open the lid.
- If the odor continues, keep away from the appliance and immediately call your gas supplier or fire department.
Leak Testing Instructions:
Refer to the leak testing instructions in the instruction manual.
Fixing a Gas Leak:
If you detect a gas leak, do not use the grill. Contact a licensed gas
professional to inspect and fix the leak before using the grill.
Propane Gas Installation:
Note: Place the gas tank under the BBQ and not in the small cart.
Propane Gas Cylinder Connections:
When not in use, place the dust cap on the cylinder valve outlet to prevent
leakage of propane. Only use the type of dust cap provided with the cylinder
valve.
Warning: Heavy Weight Hazard!
Use two or more people to move, assemble, or install the grill to avoid back injury. Never leave children unattended near the grill or cabinets.

Unpacking Begin by placing the package on a covered flat surface. Remove all
cardboard, foam packaging material and nylon bags. Dispose / recycle all
packaging materials. Verify all the contents in the box and gather the
required tools. See “Tools Needed” in the list on next pages. Product
Inspection
Check to see all parts are received as per the order placed. Contact
xoappliance.com Products at
1-800-966-8300 for any missing parts.
Inspect the products for any damages before starting the installation. Go
through the installation instructions carefully before starting the
installation. VISIBLE LOSS OR DAMAGE Be certain any visible damage to the
carton is noted on freight bill or express receipt and signed by the person
making delivery. FILE CLAIM FOR DAMAGES IMMEDIATELY, regardless of extent of
damage.
CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE If damage is unnoticed until the grill is unpacked, notify the transportation company or carrier immediately and file a “concealed damage” claim with them. This should be done within (5) days of the date delivery is made to you. Be sure to hold on to the container for inspection. We cannot assume responsibility for damage or loss incurred in transit.

What Comes In The Box
Assembly Instructions
The primary cart cabinet is pre-assembled at the factory.
You will still need to do some assembly to attach the handles and casters in
addition to mounting the unit to the side of the grill cart.
Begin by removing the side burner fron the cart. This is accomplished by first lifting off the cooking grate.
You will see an attachment M5x10 bolt on either side that extends out from the interior of the burner into the side walls of the cart.
Remove these two bolts.
And lift the side burner up and out from the cart.
Lay the empty cart on it’s back. Use the cardboard packaging as a working surface to prevent scratching. Using (16) M6x12 bolts (4 per caster) attach the caster to each of the corners of the base as shown. The locking casters must be installed on the right hand side – the non-locking casters must be installed on the left.
Remove the (2) handle assemblies from the bag. Remove the M6x60 bolts and use them to attach one handle to the lid and the other handle to the door as shown.
Remove the right side shelf from the cart and place in a safe place for installation to side burner cart. Remove the right side shelf brackets for installation on the Side Burner Cart.
Screw into the right side panel and base 6 – M5x10 bolts 2/3 of the way in as shown below.
Slide the side burner cart to the main cart and allow the 4 screws on the top and the two screws on the bottom to slide over the M5 x 10 bolts. Once in place tighten them with he supplied screw driver.
Attach the side shelf using the M5 x 10 Bolts.
Reinstall the side burner into the cart using the removed M5x10 bolts.
Gas Connections
Use the supplied three-way gas hose to connect the side burner to the gas
grills and supplied hose and regulator. All of the gas fittings are
compression fittings and require NO Teflon tape or plumbers putty. Once they
are tightened check for gas leaks using soapy water and look for bubbles.
DANGER
IF YOU SMELL GAS:
- Shut off gas to the appliance.
- Extinguish any open flame.
- Open the lid and doors to the cart or island.
- If odor continues, keep away from the appliance and immediately call your gas provider or your local fire department.
Leak Testing Instructions
Fixing a Gas Leak
- Shut off the gas supply.
- Turn all grill controls to the “ON” position to purge the grill of any gas build-up, then turn the controls back “OFF”.
- Wash off the soapy solution with cold water and dry.
- Tighten the loose joint, or replace the faulty part with manufacturer-recommended replacement parts.
- Repeat the leak test to ensure that no leaks are present.
- If the leak cannot be stopped, immediately shut off the gas supply, disconnect it, and have the grill inspected by a licensed gas professional Do not use the grill until the leak has been corrected.
Propane Gas Installation
NOTE: Place gas tank under BBQ and NOT IN THE SMALL CART.
Propane gas Cylinder Connections
Dust Cap – Place dust cap on cylinder valve outlet whenever the cylinder is
not in use. Only install the type of dust cap on the cylinder valve outlet
that is provided with the cylinder valve. Other types of caps or plugs may
result in leakage of propane.
Propane cylinder must include a collar to protect the cylinder valve
