To protect your eyes, please observe the following.
When viewing the LCD screen for a long time, minimize the difference between the screen brightness and the ambient brightness. Additionally, if you work continuously for a long time, please take a break for about 10 to 15 minutes every hour.

Stay away from highly magnetic products.
Since the monitor will be disturbed by magnetic fields or electric fields, it may cause the display screen to shake or other phenomena. It is best to stay away from products with high magnetic properties when using the monitor.

Cut off power immediately in case of abnormality or malfunction

Precautions for use

About LCD panels

  • The LCD panel may have defects (black dots) or bright spots (extra light emitting dots) on part of the screen. Please note that this is not a malfunction.
  • Depending on the viewing angle and temperature change, uneven color and uneven brightness may occur, but this is not a malfunction. When it returns to normal temperature, it will recover.
  • The LCD panel displays images by means of backlight illumination, but the backlight has a limited life span. If the screen becomes dark when used at normal temperature, please contact after-sales service.
  • If the same screen is displayed for a long time, screen burn-in may occur. Turn off the power when the computer or monitor is not in use.

Be careful of damage

  • Do not push it hard, subject it to strong impact, place heavy objects on it or hit hard objects.
  • Do not use force when transporting or storing.

Install with care

  • Do not place the product in a place where it can be easily dropped, such as the edge of a table.
  • Be careful not to let the connecting wires get tangled in the extremities when wiring.

Note the connection

  • Be careful not to slant or twist when connect to port, and do not insert or unplug it with excessive force. Inserting forcefully may damage the port.
  • Do not forcibly connect the wrong port, the port may be damaged

Connection Method

Connecting with USB Type-C cable

Step 1: Use Type-C to Type-C cable (includes in the box) to connect your device to the portable monitor, It (Type-C to Type-C) can be used to supply power.
Note: If Type-C port of your devices does not provide sufficient power, You need to do step 2
Step 2: Use Type-C to Type-C cable with adapter (includes in the box) to power supply. USB charger (30W orabove).
Connection
Please check the Type-C port of your devices if it supports audio and video signal. If not, InnoView portable monitor will not be compatible with it.

Step 1: Use HDMI cable (includes in the box) to connect your device to the portable monitor
Step 2: Use Type-C to Type-C cable with adapter (includes in the box) to power supply.

Connection

Listen to audio via headphones

  • You can connect the headphone plug and listen to the sound through the headphones.
  • When connected to the headphone jack, no sound is output from the main unit speaker.

How To Use The Button

Power on/off

  • Press the power button
  • When the power is turned on, click the power button to shown OSD menu.
  • Click the power button to select © confirm, long press for 2 seconds to cancel/return.

  • Press the up button to display the brightness menu.
  • Press the up/down button to adjust brightness.

BrightnessUp button

If you do nothing, the menu will disappear after about 10 seconds . brightness. Press the Menu button up to redisplay it.

Volume control

  • Press the down button to display the volume menu.
  • Press the up/down button to adjust volume.

Care

  • Do not use chemical cloths.
  • Do not use alcohol, gasoline, thinner or polishing powder. It may damage the product. Wipe with a cleaning cloth (includes in the box)

If it is very dirty, wipe it with a cloth dipped in water and wrung out, then wipe it with a dry cloth

  • Brightness: Adjust the brightness of the screen. Adjustment range (0-100).
  • Contrast: Adjust the contrast level of the image. Adjustment range (0-100).
  • ECO Mode: Adjust display mode. Standard / Games / Movies / Photos.

Note: If the mode is in non-standard mode, the brightness, contrast, dynamic contrast, sharpness, etc. are set by the system and cannot be adjusted manually; If customization is required, it should be adjusted to standard mode to adjust other settings.

  • Dynamic Contrast: Toggle dynamic contrast function
    On / Off.

  • Sharpness: Adjust sharpness. Adjustment range 0-4.

  • Color temperature: Adjust screen color temperature
    mode. 6500k, 9300k user (Red / Green / Blue (0-100));

  • Hue: Adjust the hue of the image. Adjustment range (0-100)

  • Saturation: Adjust the saturation of the image. Adjustment range (0-100)

  • Low blue light: Adjust the low blue light mode on the display screen. Adjustment range 0/ 20 /40 / 60 / 80 / 100;

  • Gamut: Toggle color gamut. SRGB / Adobe RGB / DCI-P3 / Native.

  • Mute: Switch mute mode On / Off
  • Volume: Adjust volume. Adjustment range (0-100).

  • Aspect Control: Switch the image ratio. Full screen / 4:3;
  • FreeSync: Toggles free-sync mode On / Off.
  • Language: Choose language: English / fEif&#x / Frangais /Deutsch /B35
  • HDR: Switch HDR mode. Automatic / Off.
  • Reset: Returns to factory set.

Common Problem

The display is not bright, and the power indicator is not bright.
Solution : Press the power button to check whether the monitor is on, and check whether the USB cable is correctly connected to the monitor’s power supply port.

My monitor won’t power on?
Solution : If you are not using a Type-C cable, first make sure your monitor is connected to your PC with both HDMI and Type-C cable. Then long press the power button to turn on the monitor.

The screen is very dark
Cause : Brightness is not adjusted.
Solution : Please adjust the brightness. (=P7)

Bad color, light color
Cause : Color depth and hue are not properly adjusted.
Solution : Adjust the brightness/contrast and color adjustment items in the menu. (=P7)

Can not hear the sound of the speaker
Cause : Muteison.
Solution : Turn off mute in the audio settings in the menu. (—=P7)

Even if you adjust the volume, you can’t hear the sound from the speakers

Cause 1 : The volume of the connected device is low.
Solution : Set the volume of the connected device appropriately.
Cause 2 : Headphones are connected.
Solution : To output sound from the speakers, remove the headphones. (—P4)

    Q: How to enter portrait mode?
    A: at present, portrait mode only supports computers. The operation method is as follows:
    Click on Computer System Settings – Display Settings – Display orientation – Adjust to Portrait Mode.
    Q: Why can’t the brightness be adjusted ?
    A: The monitoris equipped with a variety of preset modes, which are divided into standard, movie, game, photo and other modes. Only in the standard mode, the brightness can be adjusted freely, and other modes will be displayed according to the preset brightness of the mode.
    Q: Ifl change settings such as brightness, will the settings be saved when I turn off the power or unplug the power cord ?
    A: Yes, The next time the power is turned on, it will return to the set value. If there is no power connected and there is not enough power to connect the device, it will force into power saving mode.
