WARRANTY POLICY
Thank you for purchasing the OXVA product. OXVA will provide repair or replacement to the original purchaser under warranty according to the following terms and conditions:
- The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Warrantor provides repair or replacement for all the defective parts.
- This warranty may be disqualified as a result of the following circumstances:

- Merchandise failure or damage is caused by improper use or unauthorized adjustments.
- Merchandise failure or damage as a result of excessive force or impact and non-recommended operating conditions. (see user manual)
- Merchandise failure or damage caused by exposure to water or other conducting liquids.
- Merchandise failure or damage caused by the use of non-OXVA brand components or recommended e-liquids.
- This warranty does not cover personal or consumable parts such as coil heads, USB cables, or mouthpieces.
