    a physician.

  • The Heart Rate Pod emits green light and flashes occasionally. Consult your physician if you have epilepsy or are sensitive to bright or flashing lights.

  • Remove the Armband from the arm or wrist before placing the Heart Rate Pod on the charger.

  • Do not attempt to disassemble the Heart Rate Pod or replace the battery by yourself. Doing so could damage the battery and cause overheating, fire, environmental harm, and/or injury. The lithium ion battery in your Heart Rate Pod should only be serviced by Peloton or an authorized service provider. For more information, please contact member support.

  • The Armband may cause skin irritation or allergies in some individuals. To minimize the possibility of skin irritation or discomfort, wear the Armband over clean, dry skin and alternate the arm on which the band is worn. Do not allow water, sweat, dead skin, personal care products, or dirt to build up under the band. Stop using the Heart Rate Band immediately if you have an allergic reaction to the Armband. Please consult a physician if you develop a rash or skin irritation.

  • Clean the Heart Rate Pod regularly with warm water or wipe with isopropyl alcohol, and allow it to dry thoroughly before use. Do not soak or bleach the Heart Rate Pod.
