TIPS

Due to the different volume of the default microphone for each computer system, when you first use the headset microphone, you may feel the sound is low. If you encounter this problem, please follow the steps below to manually adjust the microphone volume to the appropriate volume.

1. Find the sound switch icon in the lower right corner of the desktop, right-click, and then click Recording Device;
2. In the pop-up dialog box, click Recording Device ;”Click Record, and then double-click Microphone Options”
3. Click Level from the newly pop-up dialog box
4. Manually adjust the microphone volume to the appropriate position,

How to use the headset

1. Turn on the headset Press and hold for 3 seconds to power on prompt Power on blue light flashing Default USB mode (2.4 G wireless).

10. USB-C charging Turn off the device while charging, turn on the red light when charging, and turn off the red light when fully charged.
