To reduce the risk of injury, loss of life, electric shock, fire, malfunction, and damage to equipment or property, always observe the following safety precautions.

WARNING

  • Never use the product if the power cord or power plug is damaged or if the power plug fits loosely in a household outlet.
  • Doing so may cause electric shock, or fire due to a short circuit.
  • Do not connect or disconnect the power plug to a household outlet with a wet hand.
  • Doing so may cause electric shock or injury.
  • Do not damage, modify, or forcibly bend, pull, or twist the power cord. Also, do not place anything heavy on or pinch the power code.

  • The steamer must not be left unattended while it is connected to the supply mains.

  • Immediately stop using and remove the power plug if there is an abnormality or malfunction.
  • Using it in such conditions may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
  • Abnormality or malfunction cases
  • The main body stops occasionally, or the power cord or the power plug is abnormally hot, or discoloration.
  • The main body is deformed or smells of burning.
  • Immediately request inspection or repair at an authorized service agent.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • Failure to do so may cause an accident or injury.
  • Always ensure the appliance is operated on an electric power source matched to the rated voltage indicated on the product. Fully insert the power plug.

  • The steamer head must be firmly rested on the steamer holder, and the power base must be placed on a flat and stable floor.
  • Failure to do so may cause the soleplate may be scratched, or even injury or scald if the Steamer head falls over.

  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service center, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

  • The steamer is not to be used if it or the water tank and other parts has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.
  • Do not repair by yourself; it should be repaired by the designated service center.
  • Properly dispose the package bag of the appliance, keep the package bag away from infants.
  • Failure to do so may cause suffocation of infants from happening.
  • The plug must be removed from the socket-outlet before the water reservoir is filled with water.
  • Failure to do so may cause fire, electric shock or injury.

CAUTION

  • Do not store the cord in a twisted state.
  • Doing so may cause breakage to the wire of the cord, and may cause electric shock or fire due to a short circuit.
  • Do not use the product when the steamer head down.
  • Otherwise, there will be hot water droplets out, so may cause scalds.
  • Don’t touch the hot surface (such as the nozzle, steamer holder, hose, and the hot surface around it ).

  • Do not add perfume, vinegar, starch, descaling agents, ironing aids or other chemicals in the water tank.
  • They can stain fabrics; instead, use room temperature water for it.
  • Do not put the nozzle too close to you or others since steam may unexpectedly erupt from it.
  • Doing so may cause scald.
  • Do not move the product by pulling the hose.
  • Doing so may cause hose damage, electric shock, and fire.
  • When moving the product, do not come to bring the product through the hanger.
  • Otherwise, it may cause the product to fall, and injury.
  • Do not use the appliance with the exception of fabric (e.g. leather).
  • Doing so may cause damage it.
  • Do not move the power base until it has fully cooled down.
  • Doing so may cause scald.
  • Do not use the product with the pipe is compressed and clogged.
  • Otherwise, the hot water comes out from the base and damages the floors and carpets.
  • Do not use the product when the hose is not properly installed in the base, do not pull out the hose during use.
  • Doing so may cause burns.
  • Unplug the power plug to disconnect from a household outlet by grasping the power plug.
  • Failure to do so may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
  • Use the product only for its intended purpose, for ironing fabrics. To protect against burns or injury to persons, do not steam fabrics while being on the body.
  • Failure to do so may cause injury.
  • Care should be taken when using the appliance due to the emission of steam.
  • It may cause scald.
  • Test on an inconspicuous area when using with expensive or specially processed items.
  • Failure to do so may cause damaged fabric.
  • Always unplug the power plug during filling, emptying, cleaning and not in use.
  • Failure to do so may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
  • When the steamer head is placed on the steamer holder, set the telescopic pole to the maximum.
  • Otherwise, steamer head due to fall, cause damage the product or injury.
  • When removing the water tank, make sure the power button is off, and do not touch the remaining water on the base.
  • Doing so may cause burns.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE

Be sure to assemble the product on a flat and stable floor.

  1. Insert the telescopic pole into the telescopic pole insertion on the power base correctly, until a “click” spring lock sound is heard.
  2. Align the hole of the hook on the telescopic pole, and then push with force the hook into the telescopic pole, make sure the spring lock into the small hole on the hook.
  3. Release the lock button on the telescopic pole, pull the telescopic pole upward to maximum height, and then lock the lock button.
  4. Install the hose at the hose hole of the power base and then turn the fixing nut clockwise to tighten until a “click” sound is heard.
  5. Place the steamer head into the steamer holder on the telescopic pole.

HOW TO FILL WATER

The plug must be removed from the socket-outlet before the water tank is filled with water.

  1. Remove the water tank from the power base.
  2. Open the cap on the bottom of the water tank.
  3. Put the water tank under a faucet and fill it with the proper amount of water.

Note

  • The water tank capacity is approx. 2 L, which is below the water inlet. Fill it with proper amount of water according to your need.
  • Please fill the water tank with tap water. In case you live in an area with hard water, scales build-up quickly may occur so we recommend using distilled water or purified water.
  • When filling water, accumulating water may occur in the groove around the water inlet and the water tank which is not a malfunction. Please clean any water in the groove before installing the water tank back.

USING THE GARMENT STEAMER

  1. Hang the garment on a hanger, and then attach the hanger to the hook. Insert the power plug into the household outlet.
  2. Press the power button to light the power indicator up.
  3. Wait about 1 minute when the product is ready to use. And set the steam selector according to the required  steam.

  1. Steaming the clothes. We recommend putting the steam head into the steamer holder when you sort out or change your clothes.
  2. Turn off the power when you have finished using it, and unplug the power plug.

Note

  • When the hose slackens, the steam will be clogged partially with noise from the hose.
  • If the amount of water in the water tank is less than the” MIN ” line, please add water.
  • Do not remove the water tank and hose from the base during use.
  • To close the steam, turn off the power button.
  • There may be water dripping from the nozzle on the clothes, this is not a malfunction.
  • Turn off the power button, and unplug the power plug when you take out the water tank from the power base.

Note: Do not use the appliance with leather fabric. Test on an inconspicuous area when using with expensive products, special materials, fibers weak against heat. (Velvet, wool, cashmere, acrylic, silk, etc.)

  • To get better results, pull the garment tight with one hand while ironing with the other hand.

Note

  • Do not put over 2 kg on the hook.
  • Do not pull the clothing strongly during use, so as not to rollover the product.
  • Do not touch the steam, doing so may cause scalds.

AFTER USE

  1. Drainage, Cleaning, and Maintenance of the water tank.
  2. Turn off the power button, and unplug the power plug.
  3. After 1 hour, take out the water tank from the power base, open the cap, shake the water tank to clean its inner wall with the remaining water and then drain the water tank.

Storage

  1. Place the steamer head into the steamer holder.
  2. Set the steam selector to the “ ” position.
  3. Hold the telescopic pole to move the product, and store the product in a safe place.
  4. Store the product when the hose is straight.

Note: With the telescopic pole being retracted, the hose will become bent, and then will interfere with the movement of the product. Therefore, before retracting the telescopic pole, please place and store the product in a safe place as shown in the figure.

CLEANING

Cleaning and Maintenance of the steamer head and power base and hose.

  1. Unplug the power plug, wait until the steamer head, steamer holder and power base have fully cooled down.
  2. Wipe the surface of the nozzle and the power base with a soft cloth. For stubborn stains, use a soft cloth dipped with neutral detergent to clean.
  3. Remove the hose, and clean up stains at the hose interface and with the base and the pole.

SCALES CLEANING

To maintain optimal steam performance, it is important to remove scales and impurities inside the appliance regularly. It is recommended to perform the easy rinse calc-clean process at least once a month.

  1. Unplug the power plug, and wait until the steamer head, steamer holder and power base have fully cooled down.
  2. Remove the telescopic pole, hose, and water tank from the power base.
  3. Pour the water in the power base out from the hose hole (as shown in the figure).
  4. Place the power base on a horizontal plane, install the water tank containing water on the power base, leave them for about 10 seconds, and then remove the water tank.
  5. Pour the water in the power base out from the hose hole (as shown in the figure).
