DRAPER 69356 Adjustable Bench Grinder Stand
UNPACKING & CHECKING
- Carefully remove the product from the packaging and examine it for any sign of damage that may have happened during shipping.
- Lay the contents out and check them against the parts shown below. If any part is damaged or missing please contact the Draper Helpline (the telephone number appears at the bottom of this page) and do not attempt to use the product.
- The packaging material should be retained at least during the guarantee period in case the machine needs to be returned for repair.
- Warning! Some of the packaging materials used may be harmful to children. Do not leave any of these materials in the reach of children.
- If any of the packaging is to be thrown away, make sure they are disposed of correctly according to local regulations.
ASSEMBLY
Slide tube G) into base CD and secure with grub screws®· Slide tray® over the top of tube G) and lock in place using bolts (ID, washers GD, and nuts (J). Slide tube CID inside tube G). Locate grub screw a) into the height adjustment slot and screw in until flush. Insert locking knob® into the threaded slot in tube G). Fit the mounting plate® onto the top of tube CID and secure with grub screws®·
- Choose a suitable location with a smooth and level surface.
- Securely bolt the stand to the floor with suitable fixings (not supplied).
- Secure the grinder to the mounting plate ® with suitable fixings (not supplied).
NOTE:
- It may be necessary to fit a vibration absorption mat between the grinder and mounting plate (Draper Stock No. 30743).
- To adjust the height of the stand, loosen the locking knob, move the tube
- CID on the height adjustment slot and when located at the correct height,
- lock in place with locking knob·
