IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury to persons including the following:

- Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been dropped or damaged in and manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service center for examination, repair, electrical or mechanical adjustment.
- Do not use outdoors or while standing in a damp area.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Use extreme caution when disposing of hot grease.
- Do not use appliance except as indicated in these instructions.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by this appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Only the appropriate connector must be used.
- The appliance is to be connected to a socket-outlet having an earthing contact the supply cord should be regularly examined for signs of damage, and if the cord is damaged, the appliance must not be used.
- This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- Always disconnect the unit from the power supply if left unattended and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.
- The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. This appliance must not be immersed.
- This appliance is intended to used in household and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in ships, offices and other working environments; farm houses; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; bed and breakfast type environments.
- USING YOUR GRILL:
. Before first use, see CLEANING INSTRUCTION and HINTS FOR CARE AND USE OF NON- TICK SURFACE.
. Connect the main plug to a suitable socket
. Set the desired temperature by means of the temperature control “0/1/2/3/4/5”. The indicator lamp lights up.
. The unit, on its first use, might emit light smell.it is however of no consequence and lasts only Briefly. ensure sufficient ventilation. - As soon as this temperature is attained, the check light goes off.
*. When the grill has cooled down, the grill is heated up again automatically. The indicator lamp glows till the set temperature is attained again. - Always turn the temperature control “0//1/2/3/4/5” to “0”,to switch off the grill.
- Pull out the mains plug from the socket and pull the plug from the connecting socket.
- Carry the grill only by the handles.
- Let the grill cool down outside the reach of the children or cleaning
Warning: Accessible surfaces can be very hot when the appliance is working. Never touch these parts of the appliance to avoid burns!
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
- Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
- Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
- Place the grease collecting tray below the grease outlet. Place the supplied thermostat in the connection of the thermostat.
- Put the power cable into the socket (Note: Make sure the voltage which is indicated on the device matches the local voltage before connecting the device)
- Turn the thermostat clockwise to the highest setting and allow the device heating at least 5 minutes without food.
- When the device is turned on for the first time, a sight odor will occur. This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This fragrance is only temporary and will disappear soon.
- We advise to place a heat resistant coating between your table and the appliance (this way you don’t get burns on your table or table cloth)
- Place the device in a well-ventilated space.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: NOTE: No parts should be placed in an automatic dishwasher.
- Unplug and allow to cool before cleaning or moving.
- Remove cord set ( DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER),wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Never immerse the electrical device in water or any other liquid. The device is not dishwasher proof.
CAUTION: Probe and probe receptacle must always be completely dry before use. the connector must be removed before the appliance is cleaned and that the appliance inlet must be dried before the appliance is used again.
HINTS FOR CARE AND USE OF NON-STICK SURFACE:
* To avoid scratching the non-stick surface, do not stack objects on grill. - Use medium to low heat for best cooking results.
Very high temperatures can cause discoloration and shorten the life span of any non-stick surface. If higher temperatures are necessary, preheat on medium for a few minutes. - Use only nylon.plastic,or wooden utensils with care to avoid scratching the non-stick surface.
- Never cut food on the grill. * Remove stubborn stains with a plastic scouring pad and mild dish washing liquid;

IF THE POWER CORD IS DAMAGED,IT MUST BE REPLACED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR ITS SERVICE AGENT OR A SIMILARLY QUALIFIED PERSON IN ORDER TO AVOID A HAZARD. - CAUTION: Make sure that the grill is unplugged and cold before manipulating it. * Never leave the machine on unattended.
- Always use the appliance on a secure, dry level surface.* Never place this appliance on or near hot gas or electric burner or where it could touch a heated appliance.
- Liquids should be allowed to cool to room temperature before using.
- This appliance has been designed for domestic use.
- This device carries the logo ; this means that it is a class I electrical device in which the protection against electric shock does rely on the main. It does have protective grounding.
