Thank you for choosing FASS, from
Diesel Performance Products, Inc.
FASS specializes in building extremely high-quality fuel products. We have earned an unsurpassed reputation for excellence in our industry by using only the highest-quality American-made components. In order to support our American workers and our American economy, more than 98+ percent of our products are manufactured completely in the United States.
Of course, that dedication to excellence comes at a price, but it is important to remember that price does not dictate quality-quality dictates price! We will never compromise by using cheaper, foreign-made components, like so many of our competitors do.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we strive always to provide outstanding customer service. Our Research and Development department, in conjunction with our Dealer Support Department, continually searches for ways to improve quality, expand our product line, and provide superb support. Our exclusive ViP Network ensures that customers receive the proper products and support at the local level. There is no warranty on products not purchased outside the network.

DUAL CP3 INSTALLATION
When installing the CFHD-1001K on a truck with dual CP3s, the -6 plug shown below can be removed to allow the second CP3 return to plumb directly into the CFHD-1001. This will allow a clean and simple dual CP3 fuel return.
This port will accept -6 AN O-ring fittings.
STEP 1:
REMOVE OEM FILTER HOUSING
A. Place a drain pan under the truck, then drain the factory fuel filter housing.
B. Disconnect the WIF sensor connector, fuel heater connector, fuel inlet line, and fuel outlet line. Remove the bolts securing the filter housing to the filter housing bracket and remove the filter housing from the truck.
C. Remove the two banjo bolts from the OEM filter bracket. The original sealing washers will not be reused. You will need to disconnect the quick connect from the frontward banjo bolt.
D. Carefully cut the 3 zip ties securing the engine harness to the filter housing bracket, then remove the bolts securing the filter housing bracket to the engine block. The bracket can now be removed from the truck.
STEP 2:
INSTALL CFHD-1001
A. Install the -6 plug into the RH side of the CFHD-1001 and tighten accordingly. Remove the WIF sensor from the OEM filter housing. Apply grease to the WIF sensor O-ring, then install it into the LH port of CFHD-1001 and tighten accordingly.
B. Install the CFHD-1001 in place of the OEM filter housing bracket using the factory mounting hardware. Using the four supplied copper sealing washers, install the two banjo bolts and reconnect the quick connect fitting.
D. Reconnect the WIF sensor connector then start the truck and verify that there are no fuel leaks.
