Turn on / Off： Press and hold the right button

Screen Switch：T hrough left slide and right slide to achieve screen switch among five different personalized interfaces. You can enjoy analog Dial Interface, Digital Interface, Animation Interface, Measurement Interface and Settings. Pull down to display the latest message, up slide to activate shortcut settings interface, single click the right button to go back upper interface.
Settings: Left slide to click the settings button to set the WIFI Network, Vibration Adjustment, Airplane Mode, Brightness, Time, Date, Mobile Network, Password Management, System Upgrade, QR Code, IMEI Code (Do not worry losing Watch even lost the packing and user manual) Collection Function: Entering the measurement page, the data collection can be conducted by clicking the “Survey Now” button .clicking the “Recent Survey” button to view the latest measurement record.

APP Download and Registration / Log In

Method One Scan below QR Code and select the corresponding mobile phone version to download.
Method Two: Search “Si Er Health” from Apple App Store or Android App

Market to download and finish installation according to indications.

Bind Watch

Step One : Press and hold the right start button, then there will be QR Code.
Step Two: Turn on the APP on mobile phone, click the Scan icon and scan the QR Code to bind the Watch.

Establish Personal Health Files (Please fill in faithfully)

1. After binding the Watch successfully, click the measurement button and there will be an Immediate Measurement button, then press it to collect data. Please note that the best collection time is 7:00 am to 9:00 am on an empty stomach.
2. Collection Method: Collect 3 groups at the first time that make sure 90 seconds per group to establish own data analysis model. During collection, please relax and adjust breath to make sure all collection is under peaceful condition. Meanwhile, sit upright to make sure the arm and heart at the same horizontal position, please do not speak and move.
   • Please wear the Watch on your left wrist.
   • Watch wearing and data collection as below:

Product Declaration

• Please use attached accessories in the packing, please buy accessories via official channel.
• The color of Watch and Belt may fade as time goes on, there will be no harm to body even fade.
• Please DO NOT disassemble yourself, or the Watch will lose warranty qualification.
• The system may update at times and please make sure the battery capacity is over 50% at least.
• The Watch and Functions may vary without any notification in advance and please be subject to the actual products.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, under any circumstance, our company and related suppliers will NOT be responsible for any possible especial, accidental, incidental or indirect loss no matter the loss caused by any reason.
• Please seek medical advice if feel any discomfort.

Please read carefully and abide by below instruction and warning before you use the Watch. We will NOT be responsible for any consequence caused by the user if the user use the Watch wrong or DO NOT abide by the instruction.

Note of Using Place and Operation Environment

• DO NOT use the Watch at gas station, explosive materials storehouse, chemical plant, fuel, and transport or storehouse of chemicals, or there would be conflagration or blast.
• Please turn off the Watch before the airplane takes off.
• DO NOT let child or pet swallow or bite the Watch and accessories to avoid any possible harm.
• DO NOT put the Watch close to hot source or fire, such as oven, electric heating etc, or there would be conflagration or blast.
• Please move the Watch immediately until it gets cold if you feel the Watch getting heat to avoid scald.
• DO NOT use the Watch under the circumstance of ashes, damp, dirt or DO NOT close to magnetic field.
• DO NOT let the Watch and accessories endure violent shock to avoid any possible harm.

Note of Maintenance

• Please contact local after service if the Watch or accessories are malfunctional. Please DO NOT disassemble yourself.
• Please keep the battery capacity full when you do not use it and put it under the circumstance of cool, dry and shade. Please check the battery capacity periodly if you do not use it for long time.
• Please disconnect the power supply and turn off the Watch before you clean it.
• DO NOT clean the Watch by detergent, air gun, cleaning machine etc chemical solvent or mechanical machine.
• Please use soft dry cloth to clean the charging contact if it is stained and DO NOT use hard metal to scratch it.
• DO NOT use any heating device to heat the Watch.
• Please try to restart the Watch if there is malfunctions.

Note of Charging and Battery:

• There is no adapter in original packing and please use USB of PC or 3C certificated adapter that the voltage is 5V (DC 5V).
• Please keep the Watch and adapter beyond child.
• The adapter is disconnect device and the power supply socket should be as close as it can.
• Please make sure the charging contact be dry and unstained before charging.
• DO NOT leave the Watch close to combustibles such as bed, cloth, book etc) before charging to avoid conflagration.
• DO NOT charge the battery under high temperature, high humidity environment and better is under from 0℃ to 35℃ and below 65%humidity to charge. The highest using temperature is 45℃.
• Please stop using and change battery immediately if you find over high temperature, discoloration, deformation, leakage or blowup etc situations to avoid possible danger.
• The battery is built-in and fixed the Watch and please contact after service to change battery, DO NOT disassemble the Watch by non-professional persons.
• DO NOT put the disassembled battery to fire or expose it under sunshine, roasting or similar environment to avoid leakage, over  heating, explode or fire.

Applicable People:

• The Watch can be used by the people who is over 18 years old ONLY.

Hypersensitive People:

• Some individual people is hypersensitive, they would feel uncomfortable when wear the Watch, then please just seek medical advice if allergy.
• We will NOT be responsible for any liability if the discomfort caused by personal constitution.

Personal Information Security:

• In order to avoid personal information leaked, please make sure keep the personal account and password security, we suggest that DO NOT lend the Watch to other people.
• We promise to protect strictly users’ health information not to be leaked according to law.

Warranty Clause

1. The commodity can be replaced a same one in 7 days since the commodity is sold if there is malfunction and please make sure all related packing, accessories etc intact without any scratched.
2. We provide one year warranty since the commodity is sold and maintenance forever, the belt and accessories are not included.
3. The availability of warranty service is limited to normal usage. Below situations are NOT included in warranty service and we provide paid service:
   • Beyond warranty period.
   • Artificial damage.
   • No warranty card or invoice.
   • The inconformity between the real commodity and the listed name on warranty card or invoice.
   • During using, the commodity is damaged due to not abide by the No. 7 and No. 8 warranty clauses or by personal improper operation.
   • The commodity is damaged due to unofficial repair.
   • Damaged due to force majeure such as conflagration, flood, earth quake, lightning stroke etc.
   • Natural wear during using such as outer shell, belt, clasp, screen etc.
4. All replaced parts, accessories during warranty period belong to our company.

Common Problems

1. Question: Unable to turn on the Watch?
   Answer: This would because of long transport and the battery die, please charge the battery for a while.

2. Question: Unable to charge battery or there is prompt error of adapter?
   Answer: Please check whether the adapter is suitable for commodity and there will be self-protection if the temperature is over high.

3. Question: Fail to scan the QR Code?
   Answer: Adjust the distance between mobile phone and QR Code or rescan under better light.

4. Question: How to adjust Time?
   Answer: Click the right bottom Settings button and get into date and time setting.

2. You can refer to the Health Report and choose to related special department for advice and treatment. Please make sure seek medical advice if you feel any discomfort. Our company will NOT be responsible for any liability if the Health Report does not show possible result which result in potential disease.
3. Due to the external cause such as strenuous exercise, after bathing, emotional agitation, taking drugs, alcohol intake dislocation of position, measurement environment and measurement devices that result in deviations or failure, please re-measure according to the Manual.

Your Wireless Data Terminal is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radiofrequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government. These limits are part of comprehensive guidelines and establish permitted levels of RF energy for the general population. The guidelines are based on standards that were developed by independent scientific organizations through periodic and thorough evaluation of scientific studies. The standards include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all persons, regardless of age and health. The exposure standard for Wireless Data Terminal employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg. * Tests for SAR are conducted with the phone transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands. Although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the phone while operating can be well below the maximum value. This is because the phone is designed to operate at multiple power levels so as to use only the power required to reach the network. and similar accessories used by this device should not contain any metallic components. Body-worn accessories that do not meet these requirements may not comply with RF exposure requirements and should be avoided. Use only the supplied or an approved antenna.
