Product Information

The Battery Powered Car is a toy car designed for children aged 37-60 months. It has a weight limit of 66 lbs and can reach a speed of 3-5km/h. The car runs on a 12V4.5 PP battery and has a runtime of 1-2 hours after charging for 8-12 hours, based on riding conditions. The car comes with a charger that has an auto-reset fuse and an output of 12V0.5A.

The car is made up of various parts, including the car body, steering wheel, seat and backrest, wind deflector, front deflector bumper, handrails, front and rear wheels, wheel covers, drive motor, rear shaft, and kit.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the Battery Powered Car, please read the following instructions carefully:

  • The product should be assembled by an adult.
  • Protective equipment should be worn.
  • The car should not be used in traffic.
  • The car is not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
  • There are potentially hazardous small parts in an unassembled state. Please keep out of the reach of small children.
  • Pay attention to the potential hazards of using the toy in areas other than private grounds.

To assemble the Battery Powered Car, please follow these steps:

  1. Install the wheels by fitting the 8mm nut with a wrench and installing the wheel cover.
  2. Connect the wire on the steering wheel with the wire on the body and clamp the steering wheel at the specified position.
  3. Insert the wind deflector into the specified position of the vehicle body.
  4. Insert the bumper into the specified position of the body.
  5. Open the seat and connect the two plugs to connect the power supply.
  6. Insert the backrest into the body and fix it with two 4*12mm screws.
  7. Put the seat into the bottom of the backrest, then lay it flat and insert it into the body.
  8. Insert the handrails directly into both sides of the body as shown in the figure.

To charge the Battery Powered Car, please follow these steps:

  1. Press the seat quick-release button to take out the seat.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the car and plug it into the charger.

Please note that non-rechargeable batteries cannot be charged, and chargeable batteries can only be charged under adult supervision. Do not mix old or new batteries or different types of batteries. Exhausted batteries should be removed from the toy properly to prevent children from playing. Disconnect the battery completely if not in use and prevent children from playing.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Install the wheel
    Install the wheel on the shaft, fit the 8mm nut with a wrench, and install the wheel cover.

  • Install the steering wheel
    First connect the wire on the steering wheel with the wire on the body, and then clamp the steering wheel at the specified position.

  • Install the wind deflector
    Insert the wind deflector into the specified position of the vehicle body.

  • Install the bumper
    Insert the bumper into the specified position of the body.

  • Connect the power supply
    Open the seat and connect the two plugs.

  • Install the backrest
    Insert the backrest into the body and fix it with two 4*12mm screws.

  • Install the seat
    Put the seat into the bottom of the backrest, then lay it flat and insert it into the body.

  • Mount the handrails
    Insert directly into both sides of the body as shown in the figure.

CHARGER WAY

  • For safety concerns, charging must be done by adults.
  • Fully charge the battery for the first time.
  • Power OFF before charging, then put the charger into the charging hole.
  • Insert the power plug into the power supply at the correct voltage.
  • Charge the battery when the car runs slow, normal charging time is 8 -12 hours. Do not exceed.
  • Fully charge the battery before storing it for a long time.

Press the seat quick-release button to take out the seat. Then unplug the power cord and plug it into the charger.

Attention:

  • Do not use incorrect batteries or chargers.
  • Do not mix old and new or different types of batteries.
  • The battery terminal should not be short circuit.
  • Do not open the battery or charger.
  • Do not leave batteries up side down when charging.
  • Check the charger, battery and plug before charging.

If there is any broken part, stop using it immediately.

  • Do not use it until it is fully repaired.
  • It is normal for the battery to get a little hot while charging. If not, it may be caused from the short circuit of charger or circuit board.
  • Must use the pressing plate to fix the battery.
  • Exhausted batteries must be handled by adults, remove the batteries that run out. Recycle properly and shall not be arbitrarily discarded.
  • To extend the lifetime of the battery, fully charge it every 3 months.
  • Chargers and batteries are not toys, keep kids away from them.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE

  1. Parents should check whether all the parts are in good condition before use, like the battery, charger, wire, plug, body and other parts, whether any screws are loose, whether there are potential safety hazards. If found, it must be repaired.
  2. Wipe moving parts with a small amount of lubricating oil to prevent wear parts from rusting after using the toys for some time.
  3. The car should be far away from the fire and out of sunlight. Store indoors or store outdoors with a protective cover. Do not put it upside down.
  4. The car should be far away from the hot things, like the stove or heater, because the plastic part may melt. When charging ,the car should be far away from inflammable materials to prevent it from fire.
  5. Charge in time after use, and the charging work must be done by adults. if the product is not used for a long time, it must be fully charged, every month, so that to extend the battery lifespan.
  6. Must use a soft cloth to clean the car. Do not use chemical solvents to wipe the toy plastic parts. Do not use soap and water to clean the car or drive in rainy or snowy weather. Water will damage the motor, battery and circuit system.
  7. When stopping or storing the car, please cut off the power and make all the switch to “STOP” or “OFF” position.
  8. Do not use the fuse which is not same with this product specifications.
  9. Do not change the product structure and circuit system. Maintenance and repair work must be under the guidance of the professional or technical person.
  10. Don’t put toys for other purposes. Put batteries in the right polarity.
  11. Do not short-circuit the negative battery. Non rechargeable batteries, can’t be charged.
  12. Chargeable batteries can only be charged uder adult supervision.
  13. Don’t mix old or new batteries or different types of batteries.
  14. Exhausted batteries should be removed from the toy properly to prevent children from playing.
  15. Disconnect the battery completely if not in use and prevent children from playing.
