Product Information
The Foliole 3 Light Chandelier is a ceiling-mounted lightingfixture that comes with three glass shades, LED light bulbs, and a driver. The chandelier is designed to operate with 110-130VAC input and 12VDC output. It also includes a canopy assembly, chandelier frame, chandelier sockets, pendant washers, hex nuts, cable grippers, canopy screws, canopy washers, and a frosted diffuser. The installation of the fixture requires the help of a licensed electrician.
Product Usage Instructions
Danger: Before beginning the installation process, turn off the electrical power to avoid any electric shock risk. Incorrect installation or failure to follow care instructions will void warranty.
- Remove Canopy Ceiling Plate: Remove the canopy screws and canopy washers and take the canopy ceiling plate out of the canopy assembly.
- Fasten Canopy Ceiling Plate: Fasten the canopy ceiling plate to the ceiling J-box using two J-box screws.
- Adjust Cable Lengths: Loosen the cable gripper cap to adjust the cable length as desired. Press the cap up into the canopy and pass the pendant cable through it. When the desired length is achieved, tighten the cable gripper cap to secure it.
- Identify Input and Output: Identify 110-130VAC input for line voltage and 12VDC output for the fixture.
- Connect Pendant Cord Wires: Connect the black pendant cord wires to the V+ output of the driver using a wire nut. Connect the braided pendant cord jackets to the V- output of the driver using a wire nut.
- Connect Junction Box Wires: Connect the junction box hot wire (black) to the VAC Line input of the driver with a wire nut. Connect the junction box neutral wire (white) to VAC Neutral input of the driver with a wire nut.
- Place Driver: Once the power connections are made, place the driver inside the canopy.
- Slide Canopy Assembly: Slide the canopy assembly over the installed ceiling plate, aligning screw holes.
- Fasten Canopy Pan: Fasten the canopy pan to the ceiling plate using canopy washers and canopy screws removed in step 1
- Install LED Light Bulbs: Install LED light bulbs into each socket by pushing the pins into the socket. Polarity does not matter.
- Slide Frosted Diffuser: Slide the frosted diffuser into the socket cup and thread it into place, leaving 1-3/4 to 2 inches of frosted diffuser exposed beyond the socket cup.
- Unthread Bushing: Unthread the bushing above the wood cover on the socket assembly.
- Slide Glass Shade: Pull the bushing and wood cap away from the metal hanger. Slide the glass shade over the hanger.
- Replace Wood Cover: Replace the wood cover and bushing. Push the wood cover and bushing against the metal hanger
- Tighten Bushing: Tighten the bushing against the wood cover, securing the glass shade.
- Complete Installation: The installation is now complete. Return power to the circuit.
