Product Information

The Mobile TV Mount Cart with Metal Shelf is a product that allows you to mount a TV with a size ranging from 13-83 inches (33cm-211cm) and a weight of up to 110lbs (50kg). The mount cart is equipped with a tilt function and height adjustment feature that allows you to adjust the height from 40.9-59.8 inches (104-152cm). Product Usage Instructions

  3. Make sure that the TV size and weight do not exceed the maximum limits indicated on the box. Using heavier products might cause injury.

Warnings!

  • Tip Over Hazard!
  • Anchor the product to the wall –using 2 strong cables
  • Collision Hazard – place the product in a position that will prevent people from colliding with it
  • Do not place the product on inclined surfaces, at the edge of a surface or near stairs
  • Release Wheel Brakes – do not lock more than 1 wheel
  • Move Carefully – Release the wheel brakes, grasp the vertical bar with BOTH hands and move the product slowly. Do not move the product by gripping the TV itself
  • Keep children under the age of 15 away from the product
  • Adjust the TV tilt angle carefully. Using excessive force might break the screen or tip over the product.

Required Tools

Connect the TV plate to the back of the TV

  1. Continue according to your TV mounting hole pattern.

    • 75×75 mm up to 200X200 mm (inclusive) hole pattern
    • 1b Hole pattern above 200×200 mm and up to 600×400 mm:
    • Disassemble the screws.
    • Connect the 4 adaptors to the TV plate and reassemble the screws.
      Position the adaptors according to your TV’s hole pattern.
      For additional positioning options please turn to page 15
      Connect the TV plate with the adaptors to the TV in all 4 connection holes.
  2. Long – Long: Connect the Base front (E) to the longer end of the Base center (D). Short – Short: Connect the Base rear (C) to the shorter end of the Base center (D).

  3. Connect the wheels. Make sure they are locked .

  4. Connect the lower pipe (G) to the base center (D). Make sure that the hole for cables is facing to the base rear.

  5. Slide P10 to the bottom of the lower pipe.

    • Place P11 on the top of the lower pipe.
    • Attach P12 (x2) to the connections points between base front/ rear and base center.
    • Slide the upper pipe into the lower pipe.
  6. Pass the cables through the pipes.

  7. Adjust the stand to the desired height and screw in the screws.
    Shelf Assembly
    Full Tightening – Whenever the full tightening icon is displayed, make sure to place a nut inside the hexagonal slot and that the endpoint of the screw crosses the edge of the nut.

  8. Remove plastic parts (J) from the U-shaped part (I).

  9. Connect the base (K) to the U-shaped part (I)

  10. Connect the shelf (L) to the base.

  11. Assemble the plastic parts (J) on the lower pipe (G).

    •  Attach the U-shaped part on it.
  12. Set the shelf height. Place the nut inside the hexagonal slot and screw in the screw.

  13. Place two nuts (Z8) in each of the two nut-housings (P2).

  14. Attach the nut-housings (P2) on to part S. Make sure that the tab is inserted into the slot.

  15. Push parts P3 down on the nut-housings (P2). The upside down “T” must pass the protruding tooth (shown below).

  16. Weight test Apply force on the on the product and make sure it is assembled properly.

  17. Connect the TV plate with the TV to the upper pipe (H).
    Make sure that the TV plate slots are positioned properly on the 2 small beams

  18. Insert and tighten the screws from both sides to create friction for the tilt mechanism. Adjust the TV tilt angle carefully.

  19. Level the TV.
